Well one of things that I eat daily in my meals are potatoes, cooked in their own peel. (It allows more vitamins and nutrients to be preserved whilst if you peel them most of them go lost because they're right under the peel.) They're like the rice of my country.
Aside from that I tend to vary with my choices of meat, I tend to prefer fish and poultry nowadays though I do like red meat.
mostly frozen stuff, waffels, burritos, pizza. cold cut sandwiches, and hamburgers(frozen and then grilled myself). not as often, canned ranch style beans, chili con carne, beef stew, and fruit cocktail and pear halves. some times juice or water, but mostly cheap beer to wash it all down.
