Choosing a new bike

Well hallo there fellow FAKKU forum goers. I'm making this thread to help me choose the right bike based on my and other peoples views. Well many of you probably do not know this but I am big on bikes. (I lol'd at that sentence) I mean I'm fairly serious when it comes to bikes, and choosing a new bike is no easy task. I need a new bike that will probably last me a few years or more. (I know most of you probably have thoughts of spandex ect but its not what you think.) I have a few bikes already selected and it would be great if you could give me back feed back on the bike(s) that you most liked/disliked. You can base your on: design, specs, or anything else. (These are not the only colors there are. Even though the website many not offer different colors there are many more.) It would be great if you input your final decision into the poll. All my bikes that I've had are Mongoose they are a really good brand I'll reply with my final decision later. I see a big range of cost here how much money do you plan on spending?

Well ATM I have around $1400 saved up in my spending money. I'm adding around $250 per month. Basically all of these bikes are in my price range. I
'd rather not spend over $2000 though. (You get what you pay for.)

I'd go with Bike number 2. Don't ask why.

I would go with Bike one or two by looks. It doesn't look too bulky while still being slim enough to not be zomg I'm an anorexic bike.

If it's you get what you pay for I by far like Bike 2&6. They both looking really durable for a couple of years especially more superior than the rest when it comes to jumping and riding in dirt. Eh, that's my judgement. BTW the all the Mongoose link doesn't work I managed to get to the page by taking out the "mtn|7" from the links.

but damn those bikes price are absurd :shock:

i like the Scott's (1 & 2), they look beefy
