[Locked] Does Lolicons considered as Pedophiles?

Of course, it it quite obvious they are. One would say pedophile is a harsh term for lolicon, others say that lolicon and pedophile has different value or meaning between them.

2 years ago, a case in Canada that two guys in their early 20s has taken in court for possession over ten thousand pics of "Child porn cartoon". Which I assume they meant a collection of lolicons hentai pics, sadly they behind bars as we speak. In the modern era, especially in the West, pedophiles are equally the worse type of criminals in our society today. Little do they know, in reality, there are lot more lolicons than they think across the globe are seen as pedophiles and will be treated as one.

Don't worry, I am not here to judge if you are a lolicon. We are here to discuss, not judge. Anyways, what do you make of this?

There are two types of lolicons: The lolicons that like girls like Hina from Papa no Iukoto no Kikinasai, and the ones that like girls from Touhou. The ones from Touhou are fine, but I have come across hentai of Hina, and that is just wrong. It's completely wrong.
