(Admins, if this is posted in the wrong section, please feel free to move it. I wasn't really sure about where to post it, but I do mean this question to be taken and answered seriously -- I'm not joking in the least.)
Okay, I know the title isn't very informative, but here's what I mean:
Basically, if a series were popular enough with the public, and it had not yet been animated from its original manga form, does anybody think that a studio which produces h-animes would be willing to allow a public fundraiser to pay for its production, provided the creator of the original work allowed it?
(And for those who still don't understand what I meant, which is possible if english is not your native tongue, and also if writing things at roughly 1:15 AM leads to a decline in quality on my end, I am asking how likely an official studio would be to accept money from the public to fund the creation of an anime of their choosing.)
Personally, I am sorta annoyed at this point that there are some really crappy h-anime shows being made, but we have gems like:
Tomohiro Kouda's Petit Roid (series)
Yamatogawa's Witchcraft (series)
Yamatogawa's Power Play (series)
Yamatogawa's Tayu Tayu (series)
ASGO's Trial Vacation (one-shot)
Mitarashi Club's A Cat Repaying Kindness (one-shot)
Taropun's Milk Party! (one-shot)
Yanagi Masashi's Love and Devil (series)
Mikamai Cannon's Tama From Third Street (series)
Teri Terio's If We Could Meet By The Sea (one-shot)
NaPaTa's [everything on Fakku made by this artist that is an original work] (all one-shots)
Takatsu's Sore wa Rekishi ni Kakanaide! (series)
Coelacanth's [everything on Fakku made by this artist that is an original work] (all one-shots)
Homunculus's [everything on Fakku made by this artist that is an original work] (all one-shots)
...I could keep going, but in short, NONE of these have been animated. And I sure that violates some fundamental law of hentai.
Anyways, as it stands, there are far too many h-mangas which should have been animated by now, but, for some unfathomable reason, have not been. So, with that having been said, who on here would be willing to donate money to a project like this? (I'm not saying that I would be willing to necessarily run one of these, because I'm a college student, and I don't have that much free time, but I still think that it would be a good thing to know.) Plus, if enough people say that they are interested, we might even be able to actually get this to work. The internet is a powerful thing, and I highly doubt that, given enough money, an artist would say 'no' to having his or her work officially animated.
(And before I get a deluge of comments saying 'you missed this work', yes, I know that there are other works which could easily make this list, but then this list would take far too long to complete; these are the first few that I actually thought of, and I didn't want people just looking at my post and thinking: "TL;NGR" [too long; not gonna read], because then that would kinda defeat its own purpose.)
Also, for the purposes of copyright violation, this post is only asking about h-mangas: doujinshi are out of the question, because they parody existing works which are nearly always written by somebody other than the author of the existing work.
(This exclusion is unfortunate, because there are some DAMN good doujinshi out there which I would love to have animated.)
...Wow. That is one helluva wall of text. Props to those who actually read it.
