I am looking for the crème de la crème of artistry

As the title suggests, I am looking for recommendations for the best of the best. Art is subjective, and there's a whole lot of artists out here, but I'm looking for those who go above and beyond when crafting their 2D women. The plan is to support their work and if they happen to have any physical books for sale on Fakku or elsewhere, to try and collect those. Preferably ones that won't send me to jail in Canada (i.e. careful with any loli stuff, although if the artist is amazing, feel free to share anyways lol)

Well, I can only say the one artist not on your list that I like is Kisaragi Gunma. Nishizawa Mizuki's stuff is gold, evidenced by your avatar.
