Could get a group of professionals to make a Hentai Game, what would the story be? would it be a 3-d game? what would be the game play?

If I could get professional artists for my H-game,
I'd make a hybrid of a MMORPG and a Hentai Game.
That probably has yet to be done.

It wouldn't be 3D, but it could have 3D avatars and movie clips/scenes.
As for story, that's rarely important to me in a H-game.

I don't think a straight up hentai game would be wise, especially with the next-gen consoles and the power that they wield. However, including hentia aspects to games would be good. Like adding a "have sex with" command or something like God of war

No matter how good consoles get... I'll stick with the PC.

If you're just looking to play games consoles are better (not to mention cheaper), but computers can do so much more. In other words, I prefer my PC, but I still have a PS2 and a Wii.

Problem is, I don't think the quality of console games, make up for the high price.
I can think of one or two games I want to play on a console,
But that certainly doesn't merit going out to spend hundreds of dollars, for that sole purpose.

Everyone has their own priorities, though.

Supposedly, Japan is making an RPG with sex so you can have a successor to continue. Can't find the link at the moment.

Are you thinking of Fable 2? That was rumored to be a feature in early information, but recently the developers said that it probably wouldn't happen.

while for the "art", came close at second position :P
