Is Fakku! legal in Germany

So im thinking to join fakku unlimited. But im little worried. Is Fakku legal in Germany?. The internet couldnt give me an answer. The only hint i have is the DMCA Report after i searched for fakku on google because the site was not on the searchlist. Sorry for my bad english.

Hello,
currently this Site is legal in Germany as long you consider the regulations for pornography in this country. Only persons of legal age, no dissemination of the material and other points that are written in the Criminal Code (StGB).
Many formulations in our StGB are very vague and allow many interpretations. The basis should be the hardest case, § 184b StGB of child pornography. Since FAKKU are fictitious representations "Art" one could always talk oneself out in case of doubt, because the actual facts (... actual or realistic events...) is not fulfilled.

zur Zeit ist diese Seite in Deutschland legal wenn du das Regelwerk für Pornografie in diesem Land beachtest. Nur volljährige Personen, keine Verbreitung vom Material und weitere Punkte die im Strafgesetzbuch (StGB) stehen.
Wie so oft sind in unserem StGB die Formulierungen sehr schwammig und erlauben viele Interpretationen. Als Basis sollte man vom härtesten Fall ausgehen, also vom § 184b StGB der Kinderpornografie.
Da es sich bei FAKKU um fiktive Darstellungen "Kunst" handelt könnte man sich im Zweifelsfall immer herausreden, weil der tatsächliche Tatbestand (...tatsächliches oder wirklichkeitsnahes Geschehen wiedergibt...) nicht erfüllt ist.
