[Locked] Is Nigga Such a Bad Word?

Nigga isn't really a bad word in my book, dam I used nigga almost all the fuking, like, "Please nigga" or "Bitch-ass Nigga" Anyway, the point I am trying to make is, why do blacks make such a fuss when someone that isn't black call them nigga? Its okay for you all call yourself niggas, but let some Mexican call you nigger, the proper way to say it, you want to call the cops for being racist? Give me your thoughts.
