[Locked] Question about seeing loli pictures on the internet

In America, can you actually be prosecuted (or has anyone ever been prosecuted) for seeing loli pics in browser? Not saved on the computer, not importing a physical copy of a loli manga, but just doing something like going on gelbooru?
