Removal of Shindo L works

Was there an announcement or anything saying why most of Shindo L's works are no longer available for purchase?

I was about to buy all of his doujins when I noticed basically all of them are no longer up for purchase.

The publisher when out of business and the new publisher that took over from it's staff didn't get the license for the new name. Some of the license did transfer but i guess the tsf or the other ShindoL didn't.
