[Locked] Society double standard on Breast revealment

Why does society let men go shirtless out on the street and or beach but when it comes to woman they can't go topless ? I mean I don't get why breast have been sexualized,when there main purpose is just used to feed offspring.

Their main function is for feeding, yes, but they are secondary sexual characteristics. Humans, I've read, are the only species to have breasts outside of pregnancy. So, they're sexualized because they were biologically intended to be sexually attractive.

Who said girls can't go topless? I think it is more that they choose not to do so themselves. Like serious no matter where I go, in the summer girls who lye on the beach without a top are countless. Some of them even walk around without their top on..
