Okay, now that I look at it, it seems pretty damn suspicious, but I'm being serious. Once installed, try to open it, and it will ask for both of those (in katakana). All I was asking for was what to put in there (and not personal info).
Sorry for any confusion my now-obviously-idiotic wording may have caused anyone.
