Anyone know a decent PSP emulator?

I need one so I can play a bunch of RPGs, and not spend over $200 on the games.
However, the one I use (JPCSP) has an anti-piracy feature that doesn't allow games that have been patched with a 'Prometheus Loader' (no idea what that is). Any PSP ISO/CSO that can be downloaded online is in this format.
Are there any emulators that don't have this feature? Is there a way to bypass it?
