I just found it ironic how everywhere I go, pc enthusiasts pick fun of or highly suggest console gamers go to pc, because pc gaming is somehow superior. Yet, here I find two pc elitists asking for console ports. I understand the part about wanting more games, but from consoles though? If pc is so much better, why do you want console games?
Why is there a difference between pc and console games? You can also play on PC with a controller if you want. I do that for Platinum games or for fighting games. Every console is pretty much just a pc inside a smaller box, the only difference is how you play it and even then you can customize your pc to do the same.
PC is objectively superior. You can play games smoother and make it look better on PC. People buy consoles to get a 'it just werks' box and to be able to play on the tv. Which is totally fin. The trade off is the price for a up to date PC and the need for maintenance, for some they rather not deal with that. Again, that's fine.

Exclusives are just as important as 3rd party games. It ensures that the system you're playing on is actually bringing something unique to the table. Otherwise, everyone would solely be comparing games by graphics...oh, wait.
Yes but you're punishing the people that doesn't own the other console. If I want both Persona 5 and the new Halo then I have to purchase both the consoles, which is a lot of money. Consoles are usually the ones that pushes for games to look better but run worse. For PC, 60 fps has become the universal standard and for every game that doesn't have that, there's usually a guide how to mod the game to meet those standards.

Anyways, I don't mind the idea of porting older console games to pc, since that's already being done via emulation anyways. However, when it comes to new games, that shit needs time to breath on the consoles for a few years. Some of the best games I've played on pc, were console ports anyways.
Why does it need to breath on consoles? There's a clear difference in expectations for PC and console buyers. It's like people buying iOS over Android. You should know what why you're buying that specific os. I don't understand why console users should feel bad about games getting on PC. You can still play the games you want on console.
