Elder Scrolls Online - Tamriel Unlimited

I looked for a thread and couldn't find one.

So while this game has been around for awhile, it seems they recently redid it and fixed a lot of the issues that were with it before.

I decided to give it a try as I've been looking for a decent MMORPG to spend some time on again and it was on sale via Steam recently.

So far it seems good. It has the same vibe of Elder Scrolls but different enough not to tie itself down to Skyrim.

The battle system can be a little awkward to get use to at first, but it doesn't flow too badly afterwards. Though the lack of ability to hotkey more than one type of potion at a time is a little unusual.

The crafting system isn't too bad either, though gathering resources can be a chore sometimes. But it's not so difficult as to make it tedious.

I haven't explored too much into the guilds and real multiplayer action as I've been taking it solo so far.

If anyone has been playing it too let me know. My character is on the NA servers Terakashi.

I been playing and love it. There are still a lot of things I want to see improved. I mean there was a main quest for one area that was basically impossible to do until last update. I mainly been working with 2 characters but got 1 in each area.

Just recently started playing this, it seems fun so far. Haven't gotten too far into the game though. Been playing on PC.

PC as well.

I haven't joined a guild yet. But might need to soon for other things.

I'm up to tier 3 blacksmithing though.

I play consoles and as of right now my main issue is the actual socializing in the game. If you don't have a mic it is basically impossible to message people without going through the console messaging system. A optional text chat I think would have solved some of those problems and made trading easier. Not sure how often i hear someone just repeatedly saying they are selling something and no one else on mic responds...

Also been wondering and this game does it to, but why bother to have so many different venders? I can repair my armor at any vender, sell all my equipment at any of them, never buy anything cause either have a friend who makes those items or i can make them....Basically only things I have bought have been soul gems...So why bother putting in a vender for so many of them....

I had a problem like that with this one mission in rivenspire, it would show me the white arrow icon where to find a certain object, once I got near where the object was, there was nothing to be found. I even tried restarting the mission, still didn't work.

Well the issue with the quest I was mentioning was basically you would enter a room and you were suppose to defend the Silvonar. But the issue the person who summon the enemies needed to go downstairs where the Silvaner was, but so many people were there and would kill the main person right away...and then all the trolls that would stand there and wouldn't let her spawn...

Here is a good question....When you get to an area higher level and you worked your way to that area (say a level 40 in a 41 enemy area) and you see another player in same area with level 16, when you see that low level person fight something do you try to help them? Lately I go through public dungeons that are higher levels and see people trying it by themselves like 10 levels too low...I just wait and see if they can actually do it lol.

I played ESO when it first came out on PC, pretty much completed everything in the game and had the best possible armor and weapons before I got bored with it and quit. Was tempted try it again on consoles, but console MMOs still haven't found a solution to the lack of keyboard for communication.

I'm getting more and more the knack for blacksmithing.

Gotta research more now.
