General VN questions. And one to get around incompatibility

The first question is, where should I upload a few of the VN I have come across? Any specific sites or whatever is kosher? Second, can anyone make posts for VN to download?

Third, how do I get around incompatibility issues for my pc? I finally got a copy of Comic Party the Original pc game, and it says it is incompatible with my system (Windows 7, x64)

On the question about using older software - Right click and hit properties -> compatibility tab. The dropdown box should all the way back to Windows 95. See if running on a past version helps. It may also be that it requires a Japan locale.

Edit: If nothing works you can always spin up a virtual machine running what ever version runs best with the game.

I have it set to windows xp sr3 which normally works but not now. I dont know why.

Yep. Even tried 95/98/ME. No luck. Unsupported 16bit application error.
The program or feature cannot run or start due to incompatibility with the 64 bit version of windows. Please contact the software vendor to see if there is a 64 bit compatible software issued. Or something like that.
