The game is pretty much your training game with more options becoming available as you focus on a girl. Sex is partially animated. The story choices somehow influence which girl you get and the ending, sex is basically 'only' between the protagonist and the girl(s). You can only save the game before you pick one of the girls for the night-training or at least I haven't seen a way to manually get that menu.
