Kid Icarus: Uprising

I didn't see it listed in the master list and thought why the fuck is it NOT there. So anyhow, is anybody else planning on getting Kid Icarus: Uprising when it comes out March 23rd? I myself have already got it pre-ordered and paid off at GameStop so I can get a code for the 3D classics remake of the original Kid Icarus.

I just got a 3DS the other day and I've been considering pre-ordering it because I liked the old gameboy Kid Icarus. :)

I had the original. i wonder how similar the new one will be. is it an updated remake? is it a continuation? is it just a cheap ploy to wrangle older gamer by ripping off the name?

Considering it's 3 dimensional game-play and the fact he uses a gun at least part of the game instead of his classic bow, I'd say it's not the same game you know and love. Story wise it could go either way. o_o

So I've been playing it for the past few hours and its awesome. Some of the dialogue between the characters are pretty funny and the voice acting helps as well. Ali Hillis as Palutena is especially funny. The controls are pretty simple, though left-handed people will need to get the Circle Pad Pro attachment unfortunately as its right-handed by default. You just use the circle pad to move around, dash, dodge; The L trigger to fire and the touch pad & stylus to aim. One thing I would recommend is getting a larger stylus as its easier on the hands than the standard 3DS stylus. So far I'm getting ready to start on chapter 6 and I'm at 16.5% completion.

Been playing this game since yesterday and i can said that this game is damn addictive lol.

I am still on Stage 4 as the multiplayer mode has been keep distracting me lol.

Man this game is addicting lol especially the MP mode. My story get stuck on 5 chapter as i keep spending my time playing online lol.

I seriously need to get back to this game. Maybe the fact that this thread got bumped is a sign of that. I just wish it was a little bit friendlier to left handed people like me :/
