What the hell? I played this game
so much in my childhood, and I loved it. I still love this game, or at least the memories I have of it. Back when I played it (And beat it.)
plus i knew it was an educational game before i got it, that the only way my parents would let me get another video game at the time, (it had to be educational) Now as for the commentary, sadly I am ashamed at what the internet, mostly youtube, has created, ppl who get attention by cursing video games they didn't like, I mean c'mon did he really have to swear so much? no, he just wanted ppl to feel the way he did confused and powerless before an educational games (this makes me wonder about his level of intelligence) this vid got no lol's from me.
The guy felt confused when playing the game for the same reason I did - because it didn't tell you anything. It didn't tell you what you were supposed to do or how you were supposed to do what it is you were supposed to do.
As for the cursing, well, cursing is funny. The guy was making a funny video, so of course he swore. Nothing new about that. And he experienced anger at the game, which usually makes people swear.
I'll admit, when I was a kid, I didn't give this game a try. But today, I still won't give the game a try. If I want to learn about old cities or whatever, I'll open a book. Educational games can be good, they can be fun, but if learning isn't what you want when playing games, then they're usually boring.
And nobody can argue that that boss fight wasn't shitty. You don't even take damage? What the fuck is the point? You go through the level jumping on shit, why do you need to jump some more on a boss that offers absolutely no difficulty?
