Mouse vs Joystick

So i heard about the new Counterstrike, its said you can play or fight with PC players even though you play on an Xbox360 or ps3. my question is... how can you beat a PC player? while you using a joystick? like... PC player can rape a Console player for breakfast cause his using a good damn mouse and a keybaord, my opinion = 3 =

While I do find that console players have a disadvantage against PC players when it comes to CS, the console players can opt to changing their controller's sensitivity. With PC, you can not change look sensitivity and are set to their own reactions on a mouse. Controller players can play on their controllers with the same sensitivity of that of a PC user.

Skill is a different level though, and will be up to the player to decide if they are really good with a controller or really good with a mouse and keyboard.
