Myst

Has anyone else played any of the Myst games? (I'm just curious...)
My favorite is Myst IV: Revelation. I think it had the best storyline, because it had you working with the NPC's.

I remeber reading a book called Myst but I am not sure if it is related to these games, since it is the first time I heard about them.

There are actually three prequel books to the Myst series. (I've only read the first and most of the second one.) The books are directly related to the games. The books are Myst- The Book of Atrus, Myst- The Book of Ti'ana, and Myst- The Book of D'ni. Underneath are the three book covers in order.

I didnt know there were more than 3. I only played up to exile. I needed a guide book to get through most of them, but i got some of it without T.T XD

I'll have to look up the other 3

I've only played up through the fourth one... I don't have the games anymore, because my mom took them when we moved. (I had to use guides as well. These games are really hard.)

These games were incredible!

I played the first one when I was a kid. It's way too long ago, I barely remember anything.

Me too. Only it was the demo and due to my old computer it looked and ran like shit. The whole game had a horrid pink filter; it was awful.

I only played Riven and Exile (with Brad Dourif), which are both fantastic. I have yet to beat Riven though (might try to now).
