Namco High is a shameless dating sim headed by the creator of MSPaintAdventures (Problem Sleuth/Homestuck). You play as the cousin to the protagonist of Katamari Damacy and in true pimp form, you go to school in hopes of rolling more pussy than the universe can fit. Unfortunately, your character is essentially the second coming of Awkward Penguin. Your detention-mates include a bunch of people you might recognize, including the GALAGA ship, Mr. Driller and the red drum from Taiko No Tatsujin. Of course, none of these characters have recognizable personalities, so the writers had free reign to do whatever the fuck they wanted with them.
Honestly, all the draw of this game comes from the realm of video games. It doesn't really have any substantial merit as a VN, so it's better plugged in this forum section as a thing to peruse in-between queues.
Like a true marketing genius, Homestuck character routes require purchasing the deluxe pack, essentially guaranteeing the financial success of this project based on the number of Homestuck Trolls I've run into at conventions.
Anyway, it's real, it's here and I'm sort of excited to see the few interpretations of Cousin x Galaga that might creep onto the internet as a result of this things existence.
