Why did they go back to Zero, after the third game? Perhaps Japanese companies, including eroge-related ones, are superstitious. I am quite sure Chinese and Japanese don't really like the number 4, or rather its pronounciation.

Is this a sequel or a prequel? Can't tell... anyway, Sexy Beach 3 has some the most beautiful 3D ladies I've ever seen and I'm glad Illusion decided to make this after 4 or 5 years. My god, has it been that long.

and do notice that this Sexy Beach uses "Real Girlfriend"'s graphic engine.

My god, has it been that long.I would say neither. It's like kinda asking if Persona 4 is a sequel to Persona 3. The stories, while containing similar elements are pretty much self contained. If you really have to define it, it would be a sequel in the sense that it was made after SB3.
