Nikutai Keiyakusho Help

So I recently acquired Nikutai Keiyakusho (aka Full Contract) by Fulltime. From what I have played with it so far its pretty cool. On par with stuff by Illusion I would say.
But what I currently have no idea how to do is arouse the female during sex. Everything I have tried doesn't fill up their "excitement" bar.
I have tried searching the web for some help but haven't found anything. I doesn't help that translation patch only translates the words in the dialogue box and none of the choices. But who am I to complain.
Has anyone played it before and can give me a run down of the basic controls and basic goals for the game?
