Yeah, but, I use Uploading to get some money in response to my uploads, if I can't upload in this host, I'll delete the topic so. The recommended file host is just a recommended host in my intent and there's not in the other list.
About the format, I agree with you and I'll fix it.

In fakku, we have built a community where Quality uploads are everything, Sites that are banned are banned for a reason, They SUCK at quality.

Edit2: Why do I feel like the girl on the left was sketched after Yukari wearing a maid uniform in Persona 3? If that hunch of mine is correct, that is SOOO unoriginal and SOOO uncool.
Edit3: I suppose I shouldn't be surprised if the background came from a VN.
