Queens Blade Visual Combat book game?

Guys i have a question about this so called visual combat book game of Queen's blade.
One of my friend just gave me one of his extra Aldra char book. In the book it just has a list of Ecchi pics and something like status for Aldra but how i can play the game as it didnt even show me how to play the game?

There are other characters as well which are not in Queens Blade/Gate.
