Questions on PSP help ?

ok finally yesterday got my PSP, but as i mess around with it i found i have small question tht i need the family here to attend with so here goes :

1. when i converted one of my animes to psp to watch using psp video 9 , the subtitle was lost when i watch it, is there a way around this ? or is it inevitable ??

2. when surfing the netz today after dropping by at fakku using meh psp , i went to watch some you tube clips , but unfortunately , the space where the video is supposed to appear came up a message saying either i had my java script closed or i dun have teh latest flash player so , PSP cant watch youtube clips ??

yeah that happens to me and when you try to download flash player it says it's to big
i think sooner or later psp will release there on version of flash player

so wat about the animes ??? the subtitles are still missing any one has a solution about this ??
