In the game the player controls a giant robot called a Meganite, humanity's last line of defense against an extraterrestrial race called the Volgara. The player is not in the cockpit of the robot; rather, he or she is on foot, carrying a remote control (the player must switch between the protagonist and the robot to play). As such, Robot Alchemic Drive features many of the same gameplay elements as other Sandlot games.
So, has anyone else played this awesome, awesome game?
Yes, the VA sucks, but the gameplay more then makes up for it. Giant robots slugging it out in an Action RPG Simulation, crushing buildings, cars, and pedestrians along the way. It's like the 1990's all over again.
I have the game, I didn't understand the core mechanics of the game that well. Controlling a robot is difficult but then it reminded me of how how you control an RC car. It almost reminds me of Ultraman for some reason. You go from this weak human to destructive force of nature with the help of this Meganite titan. Switching between robot and the main characters' was a bit awkward but it felt like a fast-pace action flick.
I love this fukken game. That was the best giant robot game I have ever fucking played! Oh how I miss having my airplane bot with his cheap ass overdrive thing that kills you in 3 minutes yet if I even touch you with it, you will fall like a bitch. I want to play it again so badly.
Play it..... Great stuff.... The greatest mecha game for me.... Love to see him wreck the enemy with his many technique.... and the greatest thing is he can boost... Hahahaha I remember fighting that Godzilla like monster... I like how I can destroy a building for a girl`s sake..... Hahahaha (Its also hard to resist not to wreck all the building instead).... The greatest part is u can find u`r own angle....
