Everything you listed as a con I feel made the game more entertaining. Who doesn't love listening to Men At Work, Wolfmother, and Apache? Also, I find boucing off of cars like a pinball in a heavy traffic area to be quite lulzy. And as for the storyline and voice-acting, it's supposed to be stupid and immature. As a game that doesn't take itself seriously, it almost reminds of those old 90's cartoons. Bright, colorful, and full of crazy ass shit happening around every corner.
