Huh...good to hear fellow FAKKU members are playing this game. Ever since I got it, I've been playing it like crazy. There's just so many damn pins are also evolving them! Just to get Mingle PP while I was in New York City, I went to Nintendo World and set whatever DSs I could to send wireless signals. I got ticked off when someone would stop even one wireless signal and play whatever game was in the DS.
I've actually beat the game completely and for those of you worried about the game being short...
it takes place over three weeks.
Also, after beating the game, there's a bonus chapter called Another Day, which takes place in an alternate universe of the same setting with the same characters, but it completely revolves around Tin Pin Slammers. It reminds me of stereotypical shonen animes...but it's hilarious for the most part.
By the way, for those of you who want to master pins quickly or evolve them if they need Shutdown PP, simply go into the DS's settings and advance it a year. When you start the game up again, it gives you 297 SDPP. Keep in mind that you won't want to do this with pins that evolve through Battle PP or Mingle PP.
On a second note, in order to get some accompanying pins, such as Big Bang and Big Crunch, you'll need to put your game in another DS to get the matching pin. In other words, you go to the noodle place for Big Crunch, save, then put the game into another DS and go back in to the noodle place to get Big Bang. Kinda odd, but hey...
