ya sorry i thought it was the unicode but i tried using APPlocale but i cant figure which language to use because it is all in there language instead of English lol. but if u have any suggestions on how i could fix the problem it would be much appreciated.

Those are the unicodes needed. Depends really on what OS you're using. If you have Vists you don't even need APP.

That's weird then again I have never used APP. One of the benefits of having Vista. Guess you'll have to wait for Kaimax. He helps the people with XP.

LOL strange case indeed.... I never heard of applocale or the unicode regional settings displaying Japanese characters... even though my system is still on Japanese, the display is still in english... lol
Try to locate this 日本語, if this is the real problem.
or just change your unicode settings to Japanese, in the advance tab of the regional and language settings.

ya i googled to find out what the symbols were.lol but nope not on the list at the bottom there are a bunch of squares though but i tried all of them and no dice. when i went to change my settings it says i need the windows disk and i dont have it. so i guess im shit out of luck. unless you can pull a miracle out of thin air lol thanks for all your help

It almost sounds like you didn't download an English version of APP. Have you tried redownloading it?
