When is OUYA going to have a original fighting game?

Seriously the OUYA is missing out the biggest part of the game community. I mean yeah the OUYA is having a great run with their party games, but I want an awesome new fighting game that can be the next chapter in the Fighting game community. Like if I had the skills I would make an awesome fighting game which would have RPG leveling, custom made characters, and maybe battle royal fighting stage.

Most fighting games are already imbalanced as it is, RPG elements and full-blown character creation would just make it even worse.

Namco is so ass-backwards that they made ranked based around that terrible stat system? Awful.
OT: If the Ouya gets Divekick or Skullgirls, that'd be nice.
