i'm going with the wii myself. so far i only have sports and play, but those are a lot of fun and there are plenty of other games id like to get in the future, particularly zelda TP and smash bros brawl which will be coming out probably later this year.
there are a lot of titles that will probably go to ps3 that id like to get but i cant see spending that much.
ive never really liked the x-box controlers and at least on the regular x-box there were only a handful of exclusive games i wanted to play.
i'd love to get Nintendo consoles myself like Wii because i choose gameplay innovation over eyecandy but i'm stingy and from i come from, everything is cheap, fake and pirated
come to think of it, why not make a Wii-mote like controller for the PC and have games that support it?
I have a Wii and theres a bunch of games that I plan on buying throughout the console cycle. Right now I'm playing Super Paper Mario after having beat Tenkaichi 2, TP, and gotten mostly bored of Wii Sports.
I may get a 360 or PS3 next year but I don't really know. I'd need to save for a while but once stuff like Assassins Creed, Metal Gear 4, and Devil May Cry 4 start coming out then I might want to take part in playing them.
And as for the lesser "battle" of the handhelds (using battle loosely since the PSP sucks dick and is getting reamed by the DS anyway) I'd definitely go with the DS. Near constant supply of quality games, does something new with handhelds, wireless connection and all that, it's a great package and it's not very expensive either. All the PSP has is internet (which the DS now has as well) since all it's other features just make it a shitty i-pod knock off that costs more than a real one.
I'm leaning towards my PS3 right now. There's just alot more games that i'm waiting for on the PS3 than the Wii. Right now my Wii is collecting dust, while my PS3 is being used for all the games I havn't finished for the PS2.
you know i would have to say the xbox 360 is my favorite, and well the better done it has better games then the ps3 plus its cheaper..flame on:>. everyone hates sony also sweet:>.
I have not yet played the 360 or the PS3 (though I will be playing the 360 when HALO comes out at my friends house). I do own a Wii though, and it tons of fun when you have other people around. I played it to much and hurt my wrist a while ago, and have tried to avoid more than a few hours of play a day at the most. As far as upcoming games goes, I would think the PS3 has more coming out that I am interested in than the other systems. I plan to wait until more games come out though before I break down and pay the high cost of the PS3.
