Fanfiction.net has a few gems, AFF has about zero good ones (too much yaoi... bleck).
Im basically looking for any Soul/Maka, Kid/Patti and/or Liz, and Black Star/Tsubaki.

Seconded.I'm also a little curious about the Maka~Kid pairing. =P
If you also enjoy Maka/Soul I have found Amplify, very well written and actually a good read even without the lemon parts.
