"Prologue: The Betrayal" (Fantasy Story =p)

This is the fantasy story i have been talking about ;D and im gonna share it, please take the time to read it =P im sure ull love it. I have taken ALOT of my time to type this down, please at least make the effort of reading and commenting on it ;p

Fore word:
Before I start, I would like to ward off all extremely sensitively religious retards who would start spamming "you are not one with god" "how could you say such a thing" etc etc etc. If you want to say those things, please save it for the next revolutionalizing retard who intends to create a new religion, not here, this is a Fantasy STORY. Yes, stories are FICTIONAL, for those who lack knowledge in the English language or common sense in any way at all:
1. Go search for a 2nd-hand brain on E-bay
2. Understand the word "Fictional" derives from the word "fiction" (OMFG huge discovery, and im serious, its TRUE!)
3. Google Definition of the word "Fiction": A literary work based on the imagination and not necessarily on fact

If by the off chance you found the above statements offensive, it means you probably are an extremely over-religious zealot (conciously or sub-conciously) who doesn't like anyone talking about your religion. I would recommend you close the thread NOW at this point before reading on. (oh, and go roll a pally while you're at it ;D)

This is just gonna be a prologue of the entire story, and I may give in a few of the featured plot twists and events in the main story in future. I just wanna see how many people liked the direction the "main story" is starting at and see if anyone is interested in it.

Also, I have never taken any form of "English Literature" modules and my comprehensive abilities suck and the order at which I explain things will suck horrendously too, be warned. This is meant to be published as a manga (comic) anyway.

Prologue:
Amongst all the different worlds within the planes, the highest in the heirarchy, the material plane (the realm we live in) was inhabited by large reptiles known as the Dinosaurs approximately 230 million years ago. At that time, Sentient reptiles known as Dragons ruled the earth, very much like how Humans rule the earth today.

Dragons have their own civilizations, lore and sorceries. In a dragon's life cycle, a Dragon is most vulnerable when they are freshly hatched as hatchlings, but they grow exponentially in power as they age. Theoretically, dragons are immortal, but their harsh lifestyle has lead to the early death of most if not all dragons that get past 2000 years old.

Amongst all these dragonling whelps, there was one that was exceptionally special amongst it's peers. Ragnarok, a Red Dragon was exceptionally intelligent for it's age. Because of it's intelligence, it has learnt powerful magics, eventually, Ragnarok became far more powerful than a dragon of it's age is supposed to be. When Ragnarok grew into a young dragon, it's intelligence and power rivals or even overpowers that of an ancient dragon that had lived for 5000 years. Ragnarok was aware of its own power, and eventually got corrupted by greed. The elder dragons from around the world decided that Ragnarok imposes a great danger to the world, and the planes beyond.

Eventually, the elder dragons decided to seal Ragnarok within it's own home, but because the prisoner was so immensely powerful, the elder dragons conjured the most powerful sealing magic known to draconic kind, which the seal was powered by the souls of the 9 elder dragons combined, and they prophesised of the 100th million year that the dragon will be released and the catastrophy that will befall the material plane. and it is there were Ragnarok was sealed for over millions of years.

The celestial plane, a plane bornt of the light, borders below the heirarchy of the material plane. In this plane, beings with wings of light dominate the world. These beings are known as Angels. Angels are beings of high intelligence, and live harmoniously together with one another in 1 society (there are no "towns" or different "kingdoms" there is only 1 kingdom, 1 city, 1 nation). Angels have a heirarchy of rank, and the upper most rank consists of 13 Angels, the order of the Seraphim.

However, there is 1 final rank of the angelic heirarchy that no one but the seraphims are aware of (referred to as "The Council"). Angels within this rank were hidden inside deep in the heart of the angelic empire, and not even the seraphs have ever seen them. This rank of angels are what controls the entire angelic empire, and every plane that is under the celestial plane's influence, they are the council that makes every decision for their people.

To control an entire world of angels and multiple worlds within the different planes of the world as a whole, the Council claims that their decisions and judgements are just a message from a being that they answer to, a being so immensely powerful that it goes beyond imagination, a being simply called "God". But in truth, it is all but a lie, a fabrication to keep entire worlds under control of their iron grip. Other than themselves, only the seraphs are made aware of that fact, and thus, to every other being that are under the rule of the council, the seraphs were but the direct messengers of God.

Amongst the Seraphim, was an angel named Lucifer, wielder of Ultio the legendary "Holy Avenger", and amongst the many tennets of the seraphim, Lucifer obeyed all but one, the one where you must cast aside all emotions (be it happiness or sadness, or whatever). Lucifer, however, was the most promising and possibly the best amongst the seraphim, and only manage to remain as a seraph because of that. The two things he could never give up to the tennets of the seraphim is his love for Lilith, a tempest songstress for the angelic army Thrones and his loyalty to his best friend, Azinai, a noble warrior of the order of the Seraphim.

Back in the material plane, Ragnarok was imprisoned for 100 million years. But within this span of time, Ragnarok was continuously growing and continuously gaining power exponentially as each millenia passed by, and by the 100th million year (approximately 65 million years ago), Ragnarok grew so much in power, that every being in every plane could sense it's immense power even from within the powerful seal. Eventually, the council in the celestial plane sense the huge threat the dragon may pose to them, and their possible conquest to the material plane, thus, the council decided that the dragon must be disposed of with any means necessary before it has out-grown the power of the seal, and would eventually conquer or destroy every plane of existence.

The council set into motion a full-scale invasion into the material plane to destroy the dragon. At this moment, the other dragons knew of the outcome of this catastrophic event. The dragons fled into the Astral Plane, an entirely artificial realm created by Legendary dragons in ancient times, which the realm's primary use is to house the bodies of deceased dragons (a graveyard in some way). The invasion involved the entire celestial army, which consisted of over billions of angels, Angelic choirs of both inspiration and angelic magics can be heard throughout the material plane.

With the united might of angelic magics and the powers of the seraphim, they broke the seal that sealed the powerful Ragnarok, awakening it from it's slumber. Finally free from it's eternal prison, Ragnarok awokened to see a plethora of winged beings threatening to slay him. From that time, a huge war broke out which lasted for 40 days and eventually, when the dragon was exhausted from the ongoing battle, the council sent for Azinai to land the final blow, mainly because Azinai's Fatalis (angelic weapon), the Dracaedo (meaning "Dragon Slayer") is specialized in slaying beasts of reptilian heritage, which would make him the right choice for the task. Or so they had made the seraphs to believe.

Azinai's Fatalis shattered as it struck the thick scales on the surface of Ragnarok's leathery skin, and fell to the dragon's fiery wrath. Lucifer fell into an avenging rage as he witnessed his best friend die before him, and because of the nature of his Fatalis, Ultio grew tremendously in power as the hatred of Lucifer grew for the dragon and he engaged the dragon in a bloody battle to the end, where eventually the dragon fell to the immense power of his fatalis. The final battle with Ragnarok scarred the material plane horrendously, as in it's dying breath, Ragnarok conjured a giant meteor that eradicated all forms of life in half of the worlds surface, and secretly, it transferred it's soul into Lucifer, the angel who slayed him. The war ended, but the casualties on the angelic army were extremely heavy, with that one battle nearly wiping out two-thirds of the celestial army.

Other than the soul transfer that Ragnarok performed (which no one at all was aware of), everything that has happened up to that point went perfectly according to the council's plan. They were aware of the fact that althought Azinai's Dracaedo was effective at slaying the beast, it was nothing in comparison the the power of the dragon and that the only one truly capable of slaying the dragon was Lucifer. And with the dragon's death, almost all life forms in the material plane ceased to exist, which makes it so much easier for the council to conquer the material plane, the realm that is at the highest rank of the hierarchy of realms.

After some time after the huge war, Lucifer came to suspect and realize the conspiracy that has happened. He came to realize that he, and Azinai were nothing but pawns that were being played around with by the council, and eventually, he confronted the council about it. Having no way to come up with an effective counter-argument to Lucifer's claims, they dismissed him with the words stating that it was God's choice to have things happen the way they are, and they banished Lucifer into the abyss, branding him a "heretic". Ultio was confiscated from Lucifer, and without it's master, Ultio broke into two, in which the council decided to seal both halves of the weapon.

With Lucifer's banishment, Lilith followed Lucifer into the abyss, not wanting to part with her love, and not being able to bear the truth of the fate that her beloved fell into. However, Ragnarok's soul slowly corrupted Lucifer's soul from within. The dragon's thoughts influenced Lucifer to have a growing hatred for Celestia, and thoughts of vengeance. Slowly, Lucifer's pure wings became the leathery wings of the dragon, Small transparent scales covered the surface of his skin and horns grew on the cranial edges of his skull and a tail emerged from the tip of lucifer's spine. In the end, Lucifer's soul was completely overpowered by that of the dragon and the dragon overtook his conciousness. Lilith watched in horror as her beloved slowly transformed into the monstrosity known today as a "Devil".

With Ragnarok's power, he created another artificial realm, a volcanic plane known to humans today as "hell", in which he draws souls from the spirit plane to create his army of demons, and proclaimed himself "Satan" (which means "Overlord" in the Draconic Language) of his empire. With the whole purpose of the growing empire is to one day have his mounting vengeance against the angels that had tried to destroy him.

After realizing the true fate of her beloved, Lilith attempted to stop Lucifer, or more accurately, Ragnarok from continuing the growth of his vengeful empire. And at a fit of anger, Ragnarok slew the young angel, an on the moment of her death, Lucifer awoke from the grip of the dragon's soul and watched in horror and sadness as his beloved slowly faded away in his arms. It was only at this moment did he realize that dragon's soul was corrupting him, and he had no hope of fighting it in his current state. His only hope is to reincarnate as another being with a fresh uncorrupted soul to have a chance to stop the dragon's corruption. Lucifer traversed the planes into the Material realm, and entered the body of a fetus within a mother's womb.

The child was born into the world with pure white skin, fair as an angel, and crimson red eyes as that of a red dragon, a pure albino born into the world of humans. Thus the story begins...

RAWR its finally over!! tell me what you think ;D i know that its REALLY very long, so you dont have to make me aware of that, but if you dont really know yet, the baby is to be the main character of the story. ;D all comments are welcome! keep it coming!

I thought the plot sounded pretty good, but your writing style is a bit of a put off. You write like you are stating facts, rather than telling a story.

well it's a good and long prologue but still it's nice^^
