A petal tipped onto her soft right cheek. Before she could took it off her; it slipped off of her due to soft yet strong breeze. He smiled “Today, you’re first singing lesson starts, Mistress,” he said, his eyes closed; very formal. As he opened his eyes, he found his Mistress looking up to him, with fiery determination on her eyes, burning ever so brightly; from this brimming look on her face; he sighed. “The point of this is NOT help you get better than me, Mistress. It is simply for you to be able to sing performance next week. Remember Mistress, this isn’t a personal competition against your own teacher.”

“Do you remember me saying that I want to get better than you in a week, Butler? I don’t remember announcing that I want to get better than you, it wouldn’t take me long surpass you anyway,” she pulled her face high towards the sky; high and mighty, not to mention her confidence. The wind blew softly, then harder, then rougher; leaves blew past them both, as they stared at each other in a certain fashion; as if they are about to have a duel. The butler looked down towards the petite figure.

“Want to get started, Mistress?”

“Of course, bring it on!”

“Remember, we’re not having a duel of some sort.”

“I know it already!!”

“But your face and mood says otherwise.”

“No it doesn’t!”

“Anyway, let’s start with Ave Maria, although it’s a classical piece you play with a violin, and of course, you know of it better than I do, as you play with your violin sometimes; it can be sung too. I shall give you a demonstration by singing first.”


As her butler raised his voice and started singing out the song. It felt so… virtuous to the Mistress, she couldn’t describe the feeling to herself, it was simply marvelous. It felt as though a tiara formed above his somewhat spikey hair, and shined, while the angels came down from the heavens above to grace his angelic voice; choirs played by the two baby angels beside him made him so… special. This was beyond her, she thought to herself, “How can I ever sing like that?!”

Her face flushed red, it was too magnificent for her to handle. Even she was deeply moved as he sang on. She carved every word he sung, every moment of him singing; all into her brain and burned the very image of the scenery with the angels bestowing their blessings beside him. She wanted to imitate it, she wanted to do something it, she wanted to sing like him!

“It’s your turn, Mistress, good luck, I’m rooting for you!” he said, smiling. Then grinning, as if posing a challenge towards her.

Her confidence was long gone, “What a devil… “, she thought. Was this butler torturing her? Or was he still intending to help her improve? She was simply and utterly helpless. Looking down, she could barely raise her voice. But through painful efforts to her voice her out; she sang. In a stutter-filled and shaky manner, she singing was best described by her butler, “Stop, stop!” he paused for a moment to sigh, “Is this what you call singing, Mistress? If you sing something such as this out to the world, the masses will depart the world for laughter. Where has your ever blazing confidence gone off to? Don’t give holidays to it just yet!”

“S-Shut up already!”

“Oh my… was my singing that great?!”

“It sucked!”

“I am so touched!”

“… What?!”

“You loved it didn’t you?!”

“Wait, it’s not the other way around I-“

“I feel so blessed to receive my Mistress’s praises for my excellent singing!”

“Weirdo… I did the opposite.”

“Unfortunately, I must disagree. You usually say the opposite of what you really think.”

“T-That’s not true!”

“Oh yes it is!”

“You suck, you suck, you suck, you suck, you suck!!”


“Ahem. Anyway, it seems that I’ll have to find other ways to help your singing get better… my bad, I meant; teach you, not get it better, you can’t do it to begin with,” he sighed. When he glanced back to the spot at which the lady stood; she was long gone. He sighed once again and thought out loud, “I wonder if I spoke too much based on my understanding.”

The Mistress wept; cried, and sulked. Sadness, despair, anguish, hatred, and jealousy, all the ingredients of intoxicating one’s mind; filled her mind about. None could understand her. None could imagine what truly went on within her heart. None could predict her ways and manners. Why could he see through it all, then? Her feelings stampeded. It raged to the point that she pulled her fist to the wall. Only to have her knuckle turn bright red in pain.

“Mistress Rise, if you don’t learn to sing soon… then everyone will laugh at you on the day of the party,” his words chimed back to her mind. She turned to her maid who served her tea later on that day at afternoon, “Melissa, I’m firing this butler too. Start looking for a new butler if you want to. And start looking for a teacher who can help me learn to sing.”

To Rise, what a butler meant to her is someone who is just as graceful as her. A loyal servant. Someone who can understand her properly and help her out of problems with ease, rather than torture her mentally while playing with words maliciously.

A butler must help his Mistress from the shadows and make her shine like a diamond out on the stage with a bright and sheepish smile on her face. A give her the greatest of joys that she may subconsciously desire.

I wore the traditional clothing known as 'yukata' on this hot day of July; it is a lightweight cotton robe which every male participants wears for the Summer Festival. It had a white petal pattern and the background consisted of the color of dark blue. Before evening, I dashed out. Sprinting towards my destination to the shrine; upon reached it - the lights, people, the traditional old music played in the background, the aroma from the various food sold in the stands danced around my nose; so as to tempt me into buying them deprived me of my discernment - shrouding my path. I felt lost in this event of celebration. But I lacked the time to join the occasion for the joy of it. The only reason I was here was to seek out my love. I was never interested in the 'Bon Festival' - otherwise called the 'Summer Festival' - to begin with.

Taking a deep breath, I decided to calm myself. I looked around the place, the stalls, the crowds, everything...except for the shrine itself. I strode over to the shrine, my eyes locked onto the figure of a woman. It was as if she was a pearl among the sands and the sands were every other girl in the world. Her brilliance outshone even jewels and the light that laid themselves over her golden blond hair from the lanterns which hung from the ceiling complimented her lustrous presence. I walked towards her in awe; my jaw dropped open for God knows how long. It felt like an eternity as I marched up to her in a daze. She felt my presence and turned to face me, after which, we viewed each other in our entirety.

Her looking at me - me looking at her - our eyes were locked. I felt the clear need to pull our history's weave forward in order to advance from this particular scene, even though her beauty managed to almost seal my lips in reverence and captivation - I inquired her, "Are you... who I think you are? ... From Fakku?", a simple answer "Yes," slipped out of her sweet, rosy pink lips; I could feel her shyness from her sweet voice which sounded like sublime music to my ears. Judging from her reply; it should be her, because she had already viewed a picture of me over the internet. Though I couldn't see her picture in return because she wanted me to witness her beauty with my very own eyes, standing right before her. And that was a few months ago. This had turned out just the way she had surmised in the past - I was in total awe after witnessing her.








She took a deep breath and uttered her name. I did the same in response as if allowing her to confirm. As her lips stretched wide into a bow-shaped curve; forming a smile on her radiant features, I was asked why I asked her whether she was the person I knew from 'Fakku' the name of a hentai website out of all things for confirmation. I couldn't help but answer with a light chuckle in return while scratching the back of my head; it was something that just sprang in my mind and I blurted out. Next question was if I had come here due to reading my messages on Skype. Guess what? I said "Yes," to her.

I woke up, brushed my teeth and washed my face, had breakfast, and sat down on my computer, as usual. Checking on my messages on Skype from the previous night. I looked over the messages I had waiting from my her, my lover. My eyes widened - blinked - stared, at the computer screen, when I saw that she - with whom I've been in a long-distance relationship for so long - wrote that she's here in Japan in order to meet me. Lots of questions rose as I read through the messages; why didn't she visit Japan for me last year? Why's she here so suddenly? How did her parents even allowed her to pay me a visit? She could have told me sooner! Or is this supposed to be a surprise visit?! I couldn't believe this was happening at that time. As I scrolled down to read more of her messages, I got the timing at which she'd be waiting for me in the festival, and what followed after that - has already transpired.

The development of this happenstance was predictable. We went for a walk, the festive season seemed to have her excited already. She ran ahead of me, pointing towards the various arrays of food. I figured that this would happen, though - she's been seeing such food in animes only, never in reality. So I can tell what fueled the excitement. It's a little hard to believe that we actually got to got to meet each other and are enjoying a festival, though. It's like a dream come true. No, it's more like I'm living in a dream, although I'm not a fan of festivals, I wouldn't have even wore such a gown if it weren't for my forceful mother. But all in all, this is too good to be true. By the time I convinced myself to just let go of such lingering thoughts of the sudden outbursts of happiness and enjoyment; the lass called out to me, raising her arm high towards the vast and open dark sky and called out to me.

As I ran to catch up to her, I realized the stares. The attention we were gaining were extraordinary. She is probably the cause - not just a foreigner, but a beautiful maiden too, guys would go crazy for her... I wouldn't like that. On the other hand, she spared no care for the people encompassing from almost every directions as none of this seemed to effect her; even a little. Her smile was as radiant as a happy little girl who got herself a huge cake for her birthday. She ran to the nearest stall and asked me to buy some food for her. Bossy as always, with a mischievous smile on her face. She probably has buckets of money on her purse. However, I do think it's only befitting for her to be like this. She was always bossy and hot-tempered online, sometimes I thought that I may not be guy meant for her, in the past when I first met her, I did think that she'd be a pain in the butt, honestly. All of that changed after I fell for her, though.

Feeling lighthearted, I'm past reflecting towards the past now - after witnessing her happiness. We soon sat on a bench, with her munching down her food. Suddenly she stopped, "You must be wondering how I'm here all so suddenly, are you not?" she questioned the obvious, my curiosity is reluctant to leave me be - why and how would the daughter of a rich family from England manage to get here? My curiosity came to light before her as I replied telling her that she is indeed correct. And from there started a more serious conversation.

"I came here to meet you secretly. No one is supposed to know where I am," as I looked down to her red-tinted tender cheeks, I was shocked from hearing such a confession. Though, I'm not surprised since she's apparently always guarded and is never allowed to go out alone, she'd have to ditch everyone in her homeland in order to get here. I could only threw out a barrage of questions in return, "Why?! Your parents must worried about you, right? You should go back as soon as you can,". She is probably aware of this fact, "I know, but they're not important. You're the only one I care about and so, I just wanted to be with you... " I had this weird feeling of something wrong about to happen... but as a man, I felt really happy at the same time, "But-" I was cut off from speaking out my next sentence just before I was about to express the feel that I felt, "Just until the day after tomorrow, perhaps, and then I take my leave. I'll be in your care until then!" there was nothing more to say, I can't let anxiety regarding me get to her with my mysterious feeling, now can I? "Alright. Let's make the best of what little time we have together, then!" now that she's here, we might as well make some great memories to remember for the rest of our lives, at least that's what I wanted to accomplish.

"Mhm. I'm really glad that I'm here now." Her smiles came to a halt, she took a pause - looked down - then looked into my eyes, it felt as though she was staring into my bare soul now, "You know, I'm so short-tempered, bossy, mischievous, and sometimes straight-up rude. I accept that part of me. But before I know it, all of this happened only mostly when it concerned you. At first I hated it, I felt as though I was imperfect in nature only because of you, but as my heart raced more and more every time I spoke to you after that - I discovered the feelings I held for you. And after that, our relationship took start. I remain unchanged... however, I just can't be my usual-self right now... I'm sorry if you liked more that way, though I doubt that!" her smile made a comeback - she paused at this moment - giggling, "I can't help it, I'm just so happy right now," I could see the crystalline tears of happiness, made effulgent by the various lights of the festival. Wondering why she was telling me all this right now of all times; I couldn't say anything in return, perhaps she had always wanted to tell me all of this but waited out till we got together in real life. And now, there was nothing more I could, other than...

As light slightly passed through her dimly-lit pellucid tears which slid by her delicate cheek; we felt the warmth of each other as our arms wrapped around our backs after my abrupt embrace, which was the only thing I felt that I could do at this moment. I wiped her tears with my fingers after cherishing the feeling of her warm breaths falling on my neck for a moment. Getting up, she ran towards the stalls once again, hoping to further enjoy the festival with me, "We can still have some more fu-" I wonder if this is the reason why I had that weird feeling. Was this imminent? I ran up to the falling mistress in distress and caught her before she landed on the ground, "W-What's wrong, what just happened to you, are you alright?!" I shudder with an uneasy feeling in fear as I asked. I got too worried - she didn't wanted to see a doctor - so I took her to my place. When I reached home, my mother was surprisingly nice enough to not start an inquisition and decided to help me out in taking care of her, perhaps she had already guessed that she is my lover from just looking at us. Breathing heavily almost as if panting in her weakened state after losing consciousness; it seemed like she had a bad fever, she was put in a bed in the guest room. It had to happen tonight of all times... I tried staying with her and taking care of her as long as I could, but I fell asleep at one point of time somehow, while sitting there beside her.







She struggled to get up on her own. Feeling agonized, I tried looking away as she was slowly helped by the nurse to sit up properly. We were in the hospital.

When I looked around after waking up this morning; my beloved was already gone longer from my sight. I hurried my way to my mother to ask where she went off to, after which I learned that a group of men in black took her to this hospital to have her admitted there. Apparently she had always had a weak body and hence her parents tried to enforce strict protection for her, all her life. But recently, she made an escape, just to meet me. I blamed myself for not knowing anything about her weak body, but she asked me not to, because she had never wanted me to know about it.

She looked down before uttering my name to gain my attention after a while. Startled, I awoke from my musing and looked up to her, it seemed as though she made a decision, "It's our second day today, isn't it?" weakly smiling, she asked. "B-But... but your fever... " I was hesitant, scared, and I just couldn't shake off this bad feeling that I had since yesterday, it never seemed to leave me be - is this the feeling that mysteriously tries to alert me regarding her condition? Is this something that resulted from the bond that we share? It kept pestering me, I felt as it'd leave me after putting me out of my misery, the sheer weight from it's volume is unbelievable. "I'm fine! The doctors likes to make a big deal out of it. But it's okay, I'm full of energy and ready to have more fun!" I felt a glimmer of hope, but... "Please, I'll be taken back home, away from you soon by my father's men, I want to spend some more time with you... and I don't want to do that in this hospital," after feeling the resolution from her voice, I accepted reluctantly. She really wanted to look around the town with me and well... just have fun anywhere outside. I planned to take her out at the evening. Many people wouldn't be around at that time, I assumed.

It was the summer vacation right now, so I didn't have anything like school and it it's meant to be enjoyed, I gathered my savings and stored them in my wallet and visited her in order to have her accompany me - for our date. She seemed mentally prepared for this, eager with excitement. Seemingly trying to muster her strength to stay strong, she got out of the bed on her own before I had a chance to even help her with it. After we went out, she seemed quite fine, I felt a bit relieved, "So, where shall I take you, Princess?", with my hand on my chest, I bowed to show my loyalty to her in jest; treating her like a real princess, she chuckled in return, was I that bad at it? "Anywhere you want, silly. Let's do it like any other couples around here and try out the usual, shall we?" she says that, but with her cloths from the hospital, this doesn't seem very generic. I vowed to take her to some ladies' dress store so that her beauty would once again outshine all the other girls in the world.

And so it begun, our second night with only the two of us. I took her to what seemed like a spacious shop of clothing for women. There were lots of cute dresses she wore just to display her appeal of cuteness to me. With each dress, my blood boiled, I couldn't contain myself, random imaginations shuffled about in my mind, my beastly expression was drawn all over my face, causing a stream of feeling in her mind that embarrassed her as she felt my wildness due to herself. It felt wrong to feel such excitement while she was in such a vulnerable state... but when she removed the curtains of the changing-space to reveal her new revealing dress the next moment... making her lolita figure apparent before my very own eyes, her crimson red blushing face made it all the more delightful after she pulled her dress up for me to witness her undergarments; a scene I shall never forget, I carved every bit of the image of her appearance of this moment into my brain. She bought a more non-revealing lolita type of dress to wear with a pink rose adorned in her golden blond hair, instead of the cloths from the hospital.

We then went to a place where we took a picture of ourselves with my cell phone; smiling. Her flushed face was clear in the photo, which I teased her about later on, as she simply looked away in shame. Next, I took her to the karaoke where more pictures were taken as well, mostly with her mocking my poor singing, and unfortunately - as embarrassing as it was - I was the only one who had to sing. With my crappy singing, I was at least able to make her laugh and that was source of all the mocking. According to her: I'm so useless and hopeless, but lovable. I'm just that bad at it, I suppose. Misfortune struck my heart deep tonight, as she couldn't raise her voice well and was unable to sing, which showed a sign of her weakness that I didn't wanted to see, I tried striking down my worries while maintaining a smile before her, because it'd only get in the way of our happiness, but a tiny bit of it remained at the back of my mind, asking me to be careful and watch out for her.







Our next location is the park, which is relatively close to the hospital. However, it was getting late so I decided to take her back to the hospital even though she protested and ask me to take her to the park. On our way back, her fragility was clear as water. While walking with our hands joined, I could feel her trembling fingers, barely able to hold my hand.

"Are you alright?"

"Yes, I'm fine, thank you."

"You're lying, aren't you?" I asked after catching her from falling after a minute this time.

"I hate to admit it... it feels as though I'm about to break apart. But I feel that I may never be able to walk again if I allow myself to completely collapse now."

"Don't worry. I'll become your legs when that happens."

"How?" I face her, then raise her body above the ground with my arms after moving an arm around her back, with the other to the lower body from behind her knees; in order to carry her, "Like this!" she gave a faint smile as a response but I could tell that she found it a little cliched, but was happy regardless. I then start to walk with her in my arms, I could see a few people staring at us; as the lights from the shops close by illuminate our form.

"So... " we both uttered in unison.

"Ladies first," I said following the silence. She gave me a nod, then decided to go first, "So... our time together is ending, huh?"

"Ending? It's not like we won't be able to speak over the internet, you know?"

I take it that it's my turn to speak to her now, "So, how are you feeling?"

"About that... "

"Hmm?"

"I don't have much time left."

"... What?"

"I wanted to inform you regarding this matter long ago but... I never really found the right time until now, the doctors have been saying that I'll be occasionally having fevers due to my weak body as well. But they can't really tell much about the conditions of my body. My life force fading away every moment, ever faster... "

"You can't mea-" she abruptly cut me off.

"You see, I could feel my life fading away for quite some time now, so I decided to spend the last day of my life with you like this. I wanted to indulge myself in you before I passed on. The date was enjoyable, just as I had expected."

"You can't be serious... " drops of tears slid by her face as they rain down from my eyes to her face. Looking down on her face - I didn't wanted to believe her words. But I had to, because I trust her. It all dawned to me now; her condition, weak body, the bad fever that shook my heart last night and the moment moment that transpired while she was about to fall apart again, and then resulted being carried by myself... and lastly, the bad feelings that I've been having. This is preposterous, but I feel as though all of these occurrences were the action of fate itself pointing me to the dead-end of this happiness - this relationship?

"However, there is one more thing I really want to do before I move on."

I could feel the gentle heat from her body as she passionately pressed me to her tender bosom after carrying the upper section of her body towards mine and her delicate fingers reached the back of my neck; hugging me. The time felt just about right for the both of us. As our eyes, noses, ears, closed in as we closed the distance between us, after which her precious, soft lips joined mine as we kissed. It felt sacred, unlike a normal kiss. As if forming some kind of an oath of love. As the folds of our lips departed; she wiped my tears. Her face contained a smile of satisfaction, a gentle expression; exuding pure happiness.

"So that's what you wanted to do before moving on? I thought it'd getting laid with me!" I felt odd blurting that out at such a moment.

"Indeed, some people might think that way, especially a perverted person such as you. But this is what I really wanted to do with you before I passed away. I wanted to give you my first kiss, at least. I don't know if I can last long enough to perform any more activity of romance, unfortunately. I'm so sorry"

"It's okay, don't be, I wouldn't want to do that when you're in such a state. I'm glad that I got to give you my first kiss, too."

"And I'm glad that I'll be passing away in your arms... " at this moment, her eyes started to slowly close.

"Please, hang in there! How the hell do you expect me to live on without you?!"

"You're saying that now? I expected such a line to come out of your mouth sooner."

"I just can't believe it... " it's true. I just want to think that she'll wake up later after she passes out in my arms. But we both just know that such a thing won't be happening.

"I'm sorry that you have to go through all of this because of me. I know that it's going to be hard, but please promise me," after the utterance of my name, she paused as I looked down to her very soul deeply, "That you will try to find a better life partner. And you better not specifically treat her like my replacement, or someone who'd be like me. Fall in love again and take care of her. Live in happiness and bliss. Try to forget me, lest it'd make your future gloomy since can't keep you company for long. But perhaps she'll be able to shower you love a lot more than I ever could and will be there for you all the time."

"But... "

"Please? I don't want you to live on in sadness."

"Okay... but you have to make a promise to me in return. You are to watch over me as I continue living my life, I don't know if that's really possible but I want you to try anyway. If I can't find a suitable partner until my death. You'll be my lover again after I pass on from this world in our afterlife."

"Very well then, I will comply. I shall be your eternal lover if you are to fail in finding another lover. And now, I cannot accompany you anymore, it seems. Thank you... for everything. I was truly blessed to have you in my life," I saw the widest and happiest smile from her at this moment. As if it was all worth it. I gave her the best smile that I could muster as well.

"Remember if you wish to, that the last of my face that you saw, had a happy smile. Live on and find love once again," my name left her lips following her words.

"Thank you, too, for loving someone as hopeless as I am, Cinia."

"Farewell."

The mists eluded the view outside; nothing could be seen beyond the transparent door to the veranda. Iteyui stared towards it, trying to find something within her hazy sight. After she moved her blanket and rose up from her bed; she took a glance at her clock hanging up on the wall, after which she slowly got off of her bed and stood on the wooden floor and wore her slippers.

After several minutes; Iteyui came down the stair, seemingly freshened up, and took a seat, her mother stood beside her, “You’ve woken up late again; heat the food left on the table and have breakfast while I go out for a bit!” her mother said. Iteyui just ate them. There was no actual thought. She just ate, not heating the food, not thinking about them; she just put the food on her mouth, and munched them down. Her mother snapped, “Don’t just eat them! I said heat them up before eating, they are cold by now, jeez, think before you do something!” she said.

So, what was she thinking about? Surely one thinks about something, us humans think all the time, we don’t just do nothing when we say that we’re doing nothing and nor do we not think when it seems as though we’re not thinking and are lifeless. We think, we always do, even if we say we’re not thinking; we’re doing it anyway. And Iteyui, was thinking of doing something today, for tomorrow.

Iteyui didn’t respond to her mother. She kept on eating until she was done, “Thank you for the food,” she uttered shortly after. Her mother shrugged and took leave, probably paying a visit to a neighboring home. Iteyui took a look at the calendar, “Tomorrow… “, she whispered.

Later, a boy exited the gates of a manor. He went his way in the cold environment as snow fell by him with his coat, seemingly made out of cashmere wool, he wore his mittens and scarf too. He went to a park after walking for some time, two friends awaited his awaited his arrival, and they preceded to walking on the streets after meeting up. As they did so, the boy’s eyes looked back and forth, as he felt uneasy, “What’s wrong? We’re closing in on the Games store now, you know.”

“Nothing at all,” he said. They entered the store in a few minutes, all the while as he felt being watched, as the dark figure lay outside the windows of the shop. The ear was placed on the window of the store outside, in order to eavesdrop, “So, what’s your plan for this Christmas? I got myself a girlfriend, so you know what I’m doing!” said one of his friends, “I’m just gonna wonder around the park this time… “, he said, looking down for a moment.

Iteyui heard what she wanted to hear, she couldn’t hear the whole conversation properly, but from stalking her love, she learned about his plans for Christmas Eve tomorrow. All she needed to do now was to go to the park tomorrow on the eve to find him.

Iteyui wasn’t someone who exactly understood the meaning of lov, nor had she ever felt to be showered by it. But she knew; deep down, that she wanted to be with him, at least for a minute, and talk to him and have him... all to herself. The feeling of desperately wanting to be with him and wanting to be showered by his love burned within her fragile heart. She wanted it all, from his attention, to all of his free times, to… all his love.

Iteyui then ran off, just when the boy looked towards her.

The Christmas Eve was almost at hand; Iteyui could be found preparing herself on her room, dressing up, applying makeups and expensive perfumes. “I see that you have a date today, who’s the lucky guy?” her mother said, leaning on the wall behind her on her room; grinning.

“M-Mom?! What are you doing here?!” Iteyui asked; startled. “Just watching you as you are about to go out on a special date?” she responded, giving a grin again.

Iteyui pushed her mother out soon after. And after preparing herself, she makes the decision of finally going out to the park.

Once entering the park, Iteyui promised herself to not back away and watch the boy from afar, but when did spotted the boy walking around, she jumped behind the bush, watching him from afar…

So, what was she waiting for? What held her back? What went so horribly wrong that she hid herself there? The answer was: she herself. She simply shied away, but she knew that it wouldn’t go well this way.

So Iteyui called upon the last strands of her courage. She rose up from crouching. Although faint; the sound of the bush’s leaves moving and bustling reached the boy’s ears.

The boy looked over to the bush instinctively, and saw a dark figure standing behind the bushes under the shadow of the tree covered in snow, covering the figure with it’s shadow. What descended out from the darkness was none other than Iteyui; blushing.

Iteyui looked down as she approached him; he didn’t spoke, but gave a stare, “Could it be…?” he spoke in awe.

Iteyui gulped, “H-H-Hi Reazul!!”

“Hi… Iteyui… “

“Was it you who was watching me yesterday on the CD store from outside?”

Iteyui couldn’t lie when it was him, “Y-Yes…. “

“Then, why didn’t you come and say hello?” he said.

“What?! But wouldn’t yo-”

Reazul interrupted, “You dummy. You thought that I’d ignore you and leave you alone, didn’t you?”

“Well… yeah… after what happened that day… “

“Typical Iteyui”, Reazul closed his eyes, sighing.

“So, you’ve been watching me all along. Always stalking me?”

“That’s right… “

“What’s with you? Creep!”

“W-What…?! “

“I don’t hate you anymore, so stop cowering away, dummy. You can talk to me if you want to, who’d be angry at someone for so long for something so trivial?”, Reazul said, putting his hands on her cheek, looking directly to her eyes.

Iteyui’s face was clearly flustered, “B-B-But I…”, she started to cry. Realizing her mistake of not talking it out with him earlier.

“You can’t get on the festive mood with that face and those tears or in that gloomy and creepy state, Iteyui. Though, I must apologize for being immature in those days, and yelling at you for that one trivial mistake you made, I should have made it up to you… though whenever I visited, your mom always said you were not home, and I couldn’t really find you anywhere,” Reazul said, then continued, “Anyway, smile!”

In the past days of middle school, Iteyui used to be gloomy too, she’d usually just always he alone, never talking to anyone and do everything on her own. She used to be bullied all the time. It was that one day when Reazul took pity on how she was always bullied due to being a †˜different’ person on class and protected Iteyui from the bullies. But that has led to Iteyui finding Reazul as the only person as her object of social; which led her to try and converse with him, later forming the bond of friendship after a lot of efforts to talk to him.

But Iteyui bothered Reazul too much, to the point rumors spread around the school and he could feel everyone snickering behind while speaking to Iteyui. He felt his pride crumbling.

But the Reazul of today thinks differently, “Fuck the world, who cares about others thinks? Do what you want and talk to the girl you love freely without thinking about anything else and walk forward on your path. It doesn’t matter what lowlife scums like those bullies and people laughing at your back thinks.”

Iteyui gave a wide and happy smile as her tears still flew down. From tears of sadness they turned into the tears of joy. She has finally reached salvation from affliction.

Iteyui looked away, “I-I was wondering if you… “

“Huh? What? Speak more clearly please.”

“W-Will you be my… “

Reazul realized at this point what Iteyui was hesitating to say “Was this something she wanted to say for a long time?” Reazul wondered as he had that thought roam his mind.

He would not turn back from this, “Yes, I’ll be your boyfriend.”

Iteyui’s face was flushed red as of now, completely visible to Reazul’s eyes, Iteyui looked down again, unable to meet her eyes with Reazul’s.

“R-Really?!”

“Yes. Or do you want me to be the Prince on shining armor now? Hahaha! That aside, I’ve loved you for quite some time now, you just haven’t realized. I’ve regretted a lot after yelling at you that day you know? Saying †˜get away from me’ was a really cruel thing to do, now that I think about it.”

“I-I didn’t knew… I’m so happy now… I could die happily now… “

“Don’t talk about dying now…”

“But I…”


“Hmm?”

“I was just… I was just thinking… about what I have been doing all along. By always hiding from you. I’ve just realized that it was a big waste of time. “Hehehe… “ Iteyui giggled, after which, gave a warm smile. Reazul felt Iteyui’s warmth, as they still hugged each other, with Iteyui’s hands wrapped around Reazul’s neck.

Their steamy breathe could be seen in the cold air, the moment seemed just right for the two, as they slowly closed their eyes, their nose, eyes, ears, and lips, closed in.

They kissed, after their lips finally met and touched each other, the moment was truly sublime, at least for that couple that took birth on the Christmas Eve.

After their lips departed, Reazul asked, smiling, “So, where would you like to go now?”

Trickling down the hazy glass of the window, were countless streams of water. Sounds of relentless drops resounded on the room over and over, there was no light turned on, in the darkened room.

A pair of listless pupils looked up to the wet transparent wall that acted as a barrier, which kept her from being drenched.

To keep such a young lady waiting, one could say that the weather was being harsh to her. Yet, what seemed to be behind such gloomy eyes were the lights of hope. As if to respond to her hopefulness, the drops of water from the cloudy sky soon slowed down to a drizzle, bringing light to the features of her face. But her eyes looked down again; disappointed. The pouring resumed at full speed; being lavish.

In a cloudy world swept by rain continuously - almost lifeless - what seemed to be left behind was a slender eighteen year old female, clad in only creamy white skin, with her tightly clinging pair of white bra and underwear, covering her private, luscious parts of her body - hugging her legs beside her bed.

Waiting for the rain to end, it seemed like even after the pass of an eternity, the rain wouldn't stop. Endless drops of water ran down the stained glass before the young lady, as always. 'If only she was around... ' she thought, but then a second thought came almost immediately, 'Who is she, anyway?' she then waved her hand, as if to dismiss such thoughts. She has been all alone in here, all this time, it is impossible for her to even know someone else.

Struck with boredom, having no electricity around, and no food. There was nothing to do. She had no idea how long had she not eaten. How did everything turn out to be this way? How is she even alive? Such a thought swiveled around her mind. But... do one even need to eat... ? What is a... food?' she tinkered with her mind to mull for a moment. But, nothing came - she couldn't remember how this situation came to be, nor what food even is, or anything for that matter.

This eerie and desolate atmosphere, she had no idea how they came to be. She then thought of something, and stood up. Startlingly enough, her legs seemed to be in a rather good condition. As she strolled almost leisurely out of her room, what awaited her vision was obvious - emptiness.

Just the usual, nothing to be of use there, nothing to kill time with. But... was she seeking anything to kill time with? She definitely wasn't looking for anything like a television, or a computer, or anything of that sort. Of course, what her eyes were in search for, was another human being. However, while her result of search was obvious, at the back of her mind, something kept telling her that this wasn't true, a faint and distant feeling told her that someone was supposed to be with her, in this house.

And she had waited long enough. Either for that person to come in from outside, or to go out and look for that person whom... she couldn't bring herself to remember. She walked frantically - her eyes scurrying as she analyzed her surroundings - while looking for a raincoat. It was nowhere to be found. 'Did I once had one?' she was unable to recall. But she didn't care anymore, as she felt that the time had come for her to brace herself for the cold rain that stormed outside. Though she didn't care enough about her body, with a pink camisole put over her slim and slender form, she opened the door weakly. Extremely cold and watery air rushed in as if it was let out from it's cage it was trapped in; it shook her greatly.

Torrents of water ran down her very being, while the thin fabric were drapped on her bare white skin, her desire gushed forth from within - to find that person out there, someone who she couldn't bring herself to remember - her legs showed no signs of stopping as it made her ran for as long as she could, her jet black hair wafted drops of water every second, water dripped from her body and a new batch of water sprinked upon her body; an endless cycle due to the rain being never-ending. She expected to see people, and that was shattered as she realized no pedastrians were around the empty streets and footpath. Even under places where people could take shelter from the rain; no one was there. For how long had she been in this kind of a cold, yet desolate world? The city seemed rather normal, apart from the fact that it's abandoned, her legs stopped in the middle of what seemed like the center of the road, from which she saw roads extending away on four different directions.

But as she kept analyzing her surroundings, icy liquid kept running down her skin that lacks any sort of warmth now, almost as if her innards had frozen as well - she didn't know what to do anymore - her legs had long stopped and she felt how much her energy depleted. Feeling of loneliness grew out in her heart. She looked down towards the dark and wet pavement, mixed with the liquid tottering from the clouded sky, two streams of water ran down from her eyes. With the myriad drops of water, her drops of tears couldn't be traced. Why were she shedding tears now? She wondered to herself. Words escaped from her wet, rosy pink lips, "It was because..." due to her dry throat, the words were barely audible, and with the rain showering her with water that strongly clashed with the surroundings; even she couldn't hear her own words.






'I only wanted not to be alone,' her voice deep in her heart muttered.

"Why... ? Why is everything like this?!" she faced the sky, with it's non-stop streak of rainfall.

"What did I do wrong? What did I do to deserve this!" words from the depths of her heart flew out through her lips.

"I just didn't wanted to be this lonely! Is that so bad?" she felt the flow of tears stopping. She looked down again... and then, with resolulute eyes, looked back up once again;

"I... will never give up! I'll keep searching... definitely, I'll find someone!"

Suddenly, she felt as though the world shuddered from her very words. Under this girl's last words; the rain stopped. To her surprise, her eyes widened.

"Then... what do you wish to do?" a voice different from her own, spoke.

She looked around, no one was visible. Only the rain had stopped, but there was still no one within her sight. Her legs shivered not from cold, but sudden fear, "W-Who are you?" even when she should be happy that there's someone out there, from hearing such an odd type of almost ghostly voice, there was an ominous feeling that gave rise to such a fear.

"What? You forgot about me? How could you?"

As this distorted voice screamed out - full of pain - her face was torn with confusion, again - she looked down, "But... I-I... I don't know you..."

"Tch... you're so hopeless. It can't be helped, huh?" a sign escaped the unknown being's voice. It's as if many voices were mixed together to form this peculiarly distorted sounding voice. Gender was impossible to predict from just listening to it.

The girl - still dripping with water from the now-gone rain - stood speechless. She couldn't find the right words to convey her reply to this... unknown person. Just as she opened her mouth to question this person again, a crack appeared before her. It's as if there was a glass right in front of her, that had cracked open slightly, or an invisible egg that had cracked, except that the crack seemed to have formed in the mid-air in front of the young lady. What leaked from the crack were golden bright light, shone strongly to her eyes. A white, shining hand, seemingly made out of light extended itself from the open space towards her.

As the girl hesitated, the odd-sounding voice prodded her, "Hey now, give me your hand already. I can't do this alone, you know?"

"Wait... do you mean... "

"That's right, I'm going to be with you, so be grateful, got it?"

She innocently extended her hand just as she was told, with a face lit with hope, and her eyes - filled with new-found excitement.

Just as their hands connected. Everything begun to change. A true blue sky appeared. Clouds were nowhere to be seen. A bright sun showered the vacant air with it's warm sunlight. And before she knew it. She was soaring high above in the sky. Her body was complete dry and her skin felt the warmth of the sun, and there was no way to explain what caused such a thing.

When she opened her eyes, a break-taking spectacle awaited her - she found layers of white clouds below her, and above her were was a vividly blue sky. Almost panicking due to realizing that she's flying in thin air, she came to a sudden realization, and hurriedly looked towards her right hand.

It was connected with a glowing hand. Her eyes moved from the hand, to a body of an otherworldly being. The person's body was also glowing vibrantly with a pure bright light, just like her hand. Long hair could be seen waving gently with the strong winds, the face couldn't be seen due to the light. But... she received the feeling the nostalgia from his person, and the light given off from the said being was truly miraculous, making it very mysterious. The girl was barely able to keep her eyes towards this person, who was too bright.

"Who... are you?" the girl asked a question, amazed.

"You shall found out soon enough. Come, let's go."

The voice rang a bell on her head. This wasn't distored, or didn't sound as though it was made through mixing various types of voices together like before. A different feeling bloomed in her heart. This voice, made her feel even more... nostalgic.






A pair of listless eyes opened slowly. It seemed that a lot of fuss were being made because of it. The eyes slowly shifted to her left, what awaited her vision was a vase filled with flowers. She then shifted her eyes to the right; very familiar golden blond strands of hair were spread around her right hand and her belly - which was covered with blanket - she soon realized, that her hand was connected with another one. This female's hair seemed as though they sparkled brilliantly, with the light from the walls that rested on her hair. The sleeping girl's eyes were slightly open, it seemed as though she had just woken up as well.

The girl then looked around. Trees... decorated with yellow stars and red strands of silk decorated the trees, 'Is it someone's birthday today?]'

Even if the answer may seem obvious, her mind wasn't working well.

The blond seemed to be completely startled as the girl slowly tried to pull up her body. 'How strange,' she thought, she hadn't had any problems with moving her body recently. And now, it was so hard to move her body with every fibre of her strength. A rather plain-looking nurse ran up to her, to provide support, and helped her up, she then ran off, calling out the doctor over and over again, "She woke up, she woke up!" that nurse kept saying.

With confusion, the innocent girl slightly tiled her head with confusion, then looked at the blond-haired girl, as if to question her. And before she could open her mouth, a forceful pair of hands came her way - went past her dark black hair and wrapped around her slender back - hugging her. Tears ran down the face of the blond-head, she cried in full force, letting out her pent-up feelings, all at once.

The young lady stretched her lips wide; smiling. She then patted the golden blond hair beside her face, "There, there..." she weakly uttered.

"You finally woke up... after two years. You idiot, what the hell were you doing being in a coma all this time?!"

"Eh?" she could barely swallow the meaning of these words. Two years? How is that possible!

"That's right, you've been in a coma for two years now, after the accident. I've been waiting for you all this time, Mayumi!"

'That's right...' everything finally started coming back to her. Who she is, who she were, who this person is, and how she lived her life all along. However, she vividly remembered a different, lonely world... but she could barely remember the contents of her dream now.

Strands of tears went down her face as well - as she realized how much she missed this person as well - her hands stopped patting and tightly closed around the back of the other girl and hugged her.

"I-I've... I've missed you so much... " she almost shouted out, desperatly trying to express her feelings. But her throat felt dry, unable to properly speak.

The doctor came in, smiling. The other girl soon calmed down and sat beside Mayumi. He informed Mayumi, how her friend visited her very often, ever since she went to her deep slumber; this blond-head would visit her almost everyday - in hopes of finding Mayumi awake, but it never happened. Her friend even went as far as to decorat the whole room of the hospital today, shoving aside her other friends' party invitations - just because she wanted Mayumi to be a part of Christmas as well. She came here yesterday to decorate the room. Because today is apparently, 24th of December. The moment when she woke up in, is the Christmas Eve.

"What a miracle for you to awaken now of all times," the nurse added, delighted, yet it sounded like an almost practiced line from some old-fashioned drama show.

After listening to the doctor's explanations attentively, Mayumi remembered how she had a car accident while she was out with her friend for shopping. That was... if memory served her right, was some time before Christmas that year. They both really wanted to buy some Christmas goodies that came out for the season, back then, but they barely had the time to go out together. While frantically crossing the road - without looking properly left and right - she ran towards a shop at top speed, which was full of sparkling dresses bathing in bright lights, in display. And that was when it happened...

The blond haired female, with a calm expression, swept away Mayumi's tears that still clung to her face with her index finger, after curling her lips to form a sweet and warm smile.

"...Don't leave me like that again, you hear that? Yes, that's coming from *me* not anyone else!"

"I know, I won't. Same goes for you, too, Cinia."

The two girls hugged once again, as snow started to fall slowly, from the cloudy sky. A whisper escaped Cinia's lips;

"That empty dreamland - I won't let you be there again."

This story is about a girl born in a wealthy family named Sokabe Mira - a cheeky, selfish, arrogant, yet sweet and cute girl. She is 16 years old, she has beautiful blond hair and her skin is as white as snow.


Her mother was an English gentlewoman, which is how Mira inherited blond hair from her mother - and her father is a business tycoon the reason for their family's wealth. They lived in Japan.


Despite her status as a rich girl, she studies in an normal high school, for she wanted to be like the other boys and girls; thus, she attends Kobatsu High.


She is very popular with everyone but despite that, she barely have any friends, she can't seem to get along well with the other students.

"What are you doing out here? asks Sora.


"Why do you ask" Mira immediately replies.


"It's a pretty common question for people to ask when they meet and talk, unless you're out looking for a guy to have as your boyfriend... since you don't have one, then I guess I shouldn--..." says Sora as he gets interrupted by Mira who blushes as she speaks.

"I had nothing to do at home, there's no school and there's no decent anime shows on television either - there's nothing for me to do, so I came out for a walk! Happy now that I've answered you!...Baka!!".


"I see..." Sora gets surprised by her loud voice; he never heard her voice so loud before.


"Tell me, are you a female otaku, Sokabe-san? You mentioned anime." asks Sora.


"S-So? W-What if I am?" you got a problem with that?". "No, I think its great! I'm an otaku too you know." Sora smiles as he says it.


"I-I guess it is" Mira says as she blushes and tries to calm down.







They decide to hang around together since they both have nothing to do, all the while Sora's words and questions easily make Mira blush and she realizes her heartbeat starts to race, many times. Nonetheless, she had fun.


It was almost time for lunch, "Hey Mira you hungry?" Sora curiously asks,

"Don't even think of invite me to eat with you - this isn't a date, I'll eat at home and that's that" Mira declines his offer to have lunch together, before he even made one.


"Then I guess we should go home now." Sora says as he feels sad to part with her.


At the same time, Mira felt the same "I-I guess so".


"Hey, M-Mira, w-will you go on a date with me on the park we met today at Christmas Eve?" asks Sora, fearing rejection.



"W-What!? B-Baka, you won't let my heart rest will you? But.... I-I will, you won't become my boyfriend just yet, I'll decide that after the date on Christmas Eve, got it!!" Mira declares, trying to show strength in her words, though her face turns redder than ever.


"I just realized, you didn't address my name today, is it that hard to say 'Sora-senpai'?" Sora asks.


"S-Sora-senpai, satisfied!?" Mira says while feeling utterly embarrassed.


"So...c-cute" Sora mumbles. They then part ways and head for their homes.


While Sora was walking home he thinks on how to receive advises for his upcoming date, "I know! I will make a thread on 'FAKKU!' at the 'Love, Romance And Relationships' forum and will ask for advises from the wise people there."







Its the Christmas Eve. Mira, getting dressed is trying to calm down, "What am I doing, a date? Is my heart prepared for this? His smiles are my greatest weakness, my heart races so fast when I see his smiles, even when I imagine it... no I must calm down".


Its almost time for the date, Sora, waiting on the park and thinks "OK! from what Rise-chan at 'FAKKU!' said, she's a tsundere, so I need to find her sensitive spots to win her heart, its my first date, so I'm excited and fired up. I'm sure that I can do this!








Mira arrives and goes to Sora "H-Hi Sora-senpai..." Mira says with nervousness.


Sora casually replies "You're late, Mira-san".


"So what? Guys always have to wait for girls you know; its only natural." Mira says it as she crosses her hands.


They go on to a karaoke place, to sing anime songs. Mira turns out to be a great singer. They then go shopping for anime figurines and some other things, before returning to the park.


"We had loads of fun today huh!?" Sora asks with enthusiasm .


"Yeah" Mira replies then continues. "So, umm about the boyfriend thing:....I've decided, I WON'T be your girlfriend"


Sora's his sky shatters and he starts to cry, he tried to run off, but Mira holds his hand and pulled him towards her and kisses him, lip to lip, "I was kidding, there's no way I'd reject you, because I love you!! Now, please, show me your wonderful smile, I'm sorry." Mira says with tears in her eyes.


Sora then smiles, "I love you too, But...my first kiss ended way too quickly...".

It was July 3rd, 2013, Chittagong, Bangladesh, Reazul was caught, watching hentai on a PC and was kicked out of the house. Reazul lost his will to live and walks in Nasirabad's street at 8:00 pm.


Reazul faints on the streets after a strange light hits him.







Reazul awoke in a different dimension where everything was blue. A woman with white wings comes to him, "My name is TwilightEngel, an angel.".


"Only the chosen ones come here, they unknowingly summon me and have their wishes granted" TwilightEngel explains.


"Okay! I wanna die!" Reazul wishes.


"FUCK NO, I won't grant the wishes you speak out!" TwilightEngel shrugged.


TwilightEngel gently puts her head on Reazul's chest and closes her eyes. "What are you doing? Get off!" Reazul blushes.


"Your heart is that of a girl right?" says Twilight.


" ....?"


"You wished for freedom from your family, after you gained it, you're still lonely, I shall grant your true wishes!.... My Lord, I pray to you, please grant Reazul salvation and release him from this land" TwilightEngel chants. A gate appears and opens beneath Reazul – he falls.







Reazul finds himself in an unfamiliar land.


TwilightEngel speaks within his mind "Your wishes were granted, you are in Tokyo... your body and soul shall transfigure to that of a 15 year old girl and gain heavenly powers, its a present for going through this, your original age is 18 correct... Rise-chan?".

"How did you learn about my FAKKU username?" Reazul asks.

"I saw it in your heart." Twilight answers.

"Well, I can start my life over now ... so, thank you!" Reazul thanks TwilightEngel.


Light envelopes his body, after it dissipates, he looks at windows nearby and realizes she became a girl, "beautiful brown and long hair, beautiful white skin and blue eyes. I look like Rise, ...well, from now on, my name shall be 'Rise'!" she announces.


Its 4:30 am, Rise has nowhere to go and decides to wonder the streets.







August 3rd, Rise continues wondering. Miraculously, she was fine even though she didn't eat or sleep. She learned Japanese by taking Japanese classes in Bangladesh but never spoke a word.







Later, she met a beautiful girl about her age with blue long hair, dark brown eyes - she had bangs across her face.


"What are you doing here late at night?" the girl asks. "I'm getting an eerie feeling from you, who are you?" Rise asks back.


"So you feel my powers? My soul is not that of human's, to tell the truth, I'm a succubus named is Nanako Moki" Moki answers.


"But you seem human." Rise replies.


"I was sealed by a priest years ago. Later, I broke it and found this world changed. It’s been 16 years since, I then entered the body of a pregnant woman's baby who died on her womb due to receiving damages in a small accident. I brought it back to life and used my powers to make it look like myself, thus becoming my own. Later, she gave birth to me." Moki, explained.


"You wanted to be human!?" Rise asks curiously.


"I got bored watching the humans as a spirit, so I decided to join them, I felt your presence and came to check out." Moki answers.


"You should have a family too!" suggests Moki.


"But..." Rise hesitates.


"I'll help you" Moki, suddenly moves behind Rise and touches both her shoulders. Rise collapses.







Rise was later found lying on street by a married couple, both aged around 30s.


She hides the truth and says she's an orphan. They adopt her and she inherits the surname 'Kujikawa'.


Rise's new life starts at Hirai high school on September.

Rise explained everything.

They then decide to go home.







Its almost Christmas holiday. Zeph asks, "I heard he called you out on a date at Christmas Eve.".


Rise nods slowly with a blushing face.


"You truly became a girl huh." Zeph smirks.


"I couldn't say no... to his innocent face."


"Well, good luck!." Zeph wishes her.







Its Christmas Eve, the boy takes Rise to many places.


Later in the park, "I love you with all my heart, please, become my girlfriend, Kujikawa-san." the boy confesses.


"O-Okay..." Rise says while looking elsewhere.


"Look at me!" he says.


She looks away after glancing at him. "If you don't look then I'll kiss you." He threatened.


When she looks at him, he suddenly kisses her.


Rise complains, "Shirou!! Why did you do that, Baka!!"

"Awww.... its time to get up already...? I wish I could stop time!" she lazily says after the alarm clock starts rings - waking her up from her deep slumber. She turns the alarm off after taking the clock quickly to her hands.

Rubbing her azure eyes lazily, she takes out her white shirt and red skirt from the wooden closet on the other side of her room. They are quite tight fitting on her even though she possesses a petite figure.

After a while she then comes down wearing her school uniform to the kitchen and finds her Mother, wearing a cooking apron, preparing breakfast, "MOM!! Why the hell you preparing breakfast, I thought I told you to rest and leave it to me, I'm not a kid anymore you know, I can prepare breakfast for both of us!" she says with her voice in high volume.

Her Mother is in her thirties - she is very beautiful like her daughter but she is currently sick and has been advised by her doctor to have bed rest for at least three days. It has been two days since she was told that.

"I'm sorry my dear but I can't help it, it is a habit of mine to wake up early in the morning and prepare breakfast for us" her Mother states her reason.

"Well stop it this instant! I'll takeover now", she almost yells. "But its already done" her Mother slightly smiles and tells her. They then have breakfast and after that, she leaves for school.

It is January 17th, winter still bring about cold air early in the morning. After going out, feeling the chills of cold air early in the morning, her body shivers, "Burrrrrr.....its still so cold! When will summer come!".







As she walks down the road to school, she sees a beautiful, innocent and frail looking boy - sweat were falling from his blond hair - rolling down his face. His silver eyes were shaking with fear - he was being bullied, she saw him wearing their school uniform, his age seemed similar to her age.

Walking towards the delinquents and the beaten boy, she could no longer bear to see a school mate getting ruthlessly beaten, feeling that she should help her fallen school mate she stands in front of them, "As the student council president, it is my responsibility to help the students and protect them from any kind of danger... and besides, these deeds are unforgivable!!" she thinks after facing them.

"What do you guys think you're doing! Let him go and give his money back now!!" the girl yells at them, with eyes showing intensity, blood lust and terror toward the delinquents. But they didn't understand, one of them then replies, "What's your problem BITCH!!? Are you his lover or something? AHAHAHAHA!" as he continues to laugh another one of the delinquents speak up with a smirk on his face, "You're really pretty, why don't you come with us? If you do, we'll let him go".

Then he comes in front of her saying, "I promise, I'll let him go if you come with us. So, what do you say, cute schoolgirl?". "I have no interest in coming with you people" she replies to them. "Then what about the boy, will you abandon him?" the delinquent asks. "I'll simply save him from all of you!" she said with confidence. "HAH BITCH!! WE'RE GONNA FUCKING KNOCK YOU UNCONSCIOUS AND RAPE YOU AND TRASH THE BOY AS WELL!! C'MON GUYS! ITS PARTY TIME!!"

As the delinquent tries to punch her; "Hmph...." closing her eyes for a moment on that instant, she moves her head to the left; dodging his fist, as his hands passes through her soft, smooth, silvery pig-tailed hair, she delivers a solid punch to his stomach. "Ack... what the hell are you....?" the delinquent says as his saliva bursts out of his mouth after it gets forced to open wide.

All the delinquents then charges towards her. Hitting the chest with her palm with great force on the next delinquent who tries to attack her, she then follows up with an uppercut, blowing him away for a second into the air.

Dodging everyone's attacks smoothly with her speed, she started to beat up all the delinquents without even breaking a sweat. While she was fighting, "A-Awesome... so... fast and strong.... how can she fight like that... ? I wish I could fight like that too, then, I could have protected Nee-san from the delinquents in the past... when she was almost raped... thank god the police luckily came that day...."

Taking the money back from the delinquents, she gives the boy back his money while the delinquents all lay on the ground, completely beaten. Then one of the delinquents somehow gets up, "RUN! She is a demon. we can't beat her!!" then, they run away.

"T-Thank....you... very much..." the boy, gets up and bows somehow, his body, still injured.

"Idiot, if you think that someone will save you every single time from those losers than you are sadly mistaken, try to get stronger! You're a man right?.... Enough of the chitchat, homeroom will start soon, let's go, are you alright?"

The boy replies, "N-No, I'm fine, don't worry, the pain will be gone soon anyway, I've been through far worse than situations like this", she then replies, "Well then let's go, you're from the same school I am in right?".

"Oh you're from Shirasawa High School too? Oh, we have the same uniform, didn't realize it, but you go on ahead, I have a small task to finish".

"But class will start soon!" Rise yells.

"Its okay, I'll make it before that, I'll run faster than ever!" the boy replies and then runs off.

She sighs and yells again, "Right...... very well then, do whatever you want, don't blame me if you end up being late!!".

"Okay then, see you later then!" the boys says while running at the other direction.

He then reaches a bakery store, after buying a bread, he starts to hurriedly run towards school, while running he says, "Itadakimasu!" and then starts eating his bread somehow while running. "I'm late!! Homeroom may start before I reach school!! DAMN IT!!".









She reaches the gates of Shirasawa High School after a lot of running, she stops and pants for a bit and takes some deep breaths and then walks in. As she walks past the school gates, many eyes glares at her beauty - female students and members of the student council greets her. After a while she enters class 2-A, her classroom and sits down on her seat - letting a sigh out, she feels sluggish since had a fight with some delinquents, saved a boy and ran to school.

Some of the girls from the class comes to her, worried by her tired-looking expression "Are you all right, Kaichou-san? You look really tired" one of the girls asks her, worried for her. "No, its nothing, I just ran a little bit while I was coming to school, nothing to worry about" she replies. making a faint smile. "Okay, then, if you say so... by the way, did you hear Kaichou-san?" one of the girls asks.

"Heard what?" she asks back. "The news about the transfer student! Sayuki came awhile ago and told everyone about it, she said that the transfer student is a really cute looking boy!" the girl giggles as she says so. "Oh really now? How did she get the news?", she calmly asks. "I dunno, she just came and told us about it, she didn't tell us about how she heard the news". "I see... its okay, its not really necessary to know about it I guess" she replies.

Then, after a while - homeroom begins, their homeroom teacher, Mikura sensei walks in, a female teacher who is in her thirties with math books under her arms. "Good morning teacher" everyone greets after she stands in front of the blank board. "Good morning everyone, today we have a new transfer student".

On that instant, "What!!? So what Sayuki said was true after all? We do have a transfer student? I-Its not like its a problem for me" she thinks to herself and continues, "Well I hope I'm not forced to show him around the school like the last time when we had a transfer student".

Mikura sensei then continues speaking, He is from a poor family, please take care of him everyone, he is new in here on Tokyo. Hirakawa-kun, please come in" then, the boy that she saved before coming to school enters the room and then after facing everyone on the classroom, "H-Hi everyone, I'm Hirakawa Akira. I-It is a pleasure to meet all of you, I hope we can all get along..."

She recognizes him, after all, he is the one who she saved before she came to school, "What the?! He is the transfer student?" she thinks to herself.

His cheeks blushes revealing his nervousness. The class gave a somewhat warm reaction towards Akira, the girl's eyes were seized away by his cute and angelic face. The boys were jealous of him since they knew that the girls would go crazy for him.

"Akira-kun, you can sit down on that chair behind Makino-san" she says while pointing at the empty seat and she then continues a few seconds later after Akira sits down on his seat, "Makino-san? Will you please show him around the school and take care of him?", Mikura sensei says, looking at her with a desperate look knowing that she is the best person for taking care of him.

"Yes, Of course" she says in a laid-back tone, having no choice but to accept helping him. Then, she thinks to herself again, "I knew it! She just had to rely on me didn't she? If only she could understand how busy I really am...".

"Hirakawa-kun, she is Makino Rise-san, she'll show you around the school after school. If you need to know anything or need something, please ask her" says Mikura sensei.

"That stupid Mikura sensei.... piling more trouble on me is a dirty trick you're playing, you dirty bitch!!" Rise again thinks to herself.









Its lunch break, everyone went their separate ways, some students went to buy food from the cafeteria, some students together, joined their seats and tables to eat and share their bentos with their friends.

Akira approaches Rise who was talking with a few of her friends who were all girls, "Makino-san, umm.....about what happened today before school....." Akira says with a smile and continues, "Thank you very much again, for saving me there" the girls also hears him say so as he tells that to Rise.

A brown-haired girl then immediately asks "Kaichou, you saved him? What is he talking about". "He was getting beaten up by some delinquents and I just stepped in to save him", Rise answers with a smile, knowing compliments are coming her way. Another girl then says with amazement, "Awesome, so Kaichou beat up a bunch of delinquents all by herself? As expected of her! She is the strongest member on the Kendo club after all!", "Oh no it was nothing". Rise replies, being full if herself.

"Kendo club, you're a part of the Kendo club?" Akira asks curiously. Rise answers, "Yeah, I joined last year on an attempt to become strong enough to beat the hell out of any stalkers!". "Stalkers?" Akira, again, asks.

The brown haired girl then answers his question, "Well yeah, since our Kaichou is so beautiful and is a loli too, stalkers who are mostly lolicons usually stalks Kaicohu, at first she didn't mind, but thinking that they may pose a threat one day, Kaichou decided to join the Kendo club and become strong enough to be able to fight them off, now there are barely any stalkers following her these days".

"Mia, did you just call me a loli?! You do know that lolis are meant to be under 14 years old right?" Rise asks with burning, furious and angry eyes. Mia, trying to make an excuse, "N-No Kaichou-san, what I meant to say was--", while she says it, Rise punches her at the top of her head - the top of her head gets swollen, then turns pink and steam rises from it, causing her great pain "Owww, you didn't have to do that... !".

"Also, I just realized that everyone refers to you as Kaichou, why do they calling do that? Are you president of the Kendo club or something?" Akira asks again, with more curiosity than before, "Well, I've become the president of the Kendo club at the end of the last year but the real reason why they call me 'Kaichou' is obviously because I'm the student council president" Rise say, answering Akira's question.

"Ahh... I see, then I too shall refer to you as 'Kaichou-san' like the others as well!" Akira says, smiling at her, "Okay then, suit yourself" Rise replies, blushing slightly and then continues, "A-Anyway, its recess, we should go eat soon before the break ends... wait a second, now that I think about it, I was in such a rush this morning that I completely forgot about preparing food for my bento, not to mention that my bento is left at home!".

"Kaichou, I can share some food from my bento if you want me to, I bet the others would too", the others also agrees to share their food from their bento in an instant. "NO! Its okay, I have some money, I can buy food on my own you know, did you guys really think that I'd have my lunch from others, no way!".

One of her friends then says lowering head slightly, "We're sorry Kaichou, we were just trying to help you...". Rise sighs and asks Akira, "Hey you, did you bring any bentos or are you going to the cafeteria too? You don't know where it is yet do you? I'm gonna go there now, so you can come with me if you want to".

"Sure! I don't have any bento either and brought some money for buying food in here from the cafeteria" Akira replies.







After school, Rise shows Akira around the school. She takes him to many places outside the school building, including, the Basketball court, football field. And now, she shows him inside the building, she brings Akira to the room meant for her exclusive use, the Student Council President's room. "Whaaa...... so luxurious! You're so lucky to be the president of the Student Council huh?! To gain such an awesome room!" Akira says in awe.

"Well, not THAT lucky since I have tonnes of work to do everyday...." Rise sadly speaks. "Wait, so you have to do the works today too right? But I didn't see you do any works at all" Akira asks. "Well that's because I planned on doing all my works after school but since I have to show you around, I guess I have no choice but to pile 'em up for tomorrow now do I?!!" Rise, almost yells at Akira.

"I-I'm really sorry!! Its okay, I can figure out which is where on the school myself somehow!", Akira apologizes instantly. "Oh really now, can you?!" Rise asks with an angry expression. "Y-Yes its okay, I'll be fine! Please work hard! I'll be going now!" Akira runs off with fear put on his face. "WAIT!!... Ugh.... idiot... well, might as well get my work done while I can".









Akira wondering within the school building, lost in the club area, "WOW, is that the music room, awesome!", he walks towards it. Hearing the warm sound of a violin playing from within the music room, "Well, it seems that someone is practicing in there, maybe I'll check it out on another day" he decides not to enter.

"Hmm.... ", he then wanders even deeper into the clubroom area, after the long stairs, on the corridor, he finds a short-haired girl, standing within the warm sunlight, her body and cloths shines in it, coming a little bit closer, he recognized her, she is the brown-haired girl with whom he spoke at recess along with Rise - she stood firm at the corridor, lost in thought, "You are Kaichou-san's friend right? What are you doing here?" Akira says, putting his hands on her shoulder.

Then, quickly turning around with widely opened dark brown eyes, "HUH?!! Its you Hirakawa-kun, you scared the hell out of me!" she says after getting startled from suddenly seeing Akira and then moves a little bit backwards. "Sorry about that, I didn't mean to scare you. But what are you doing here? Oh and... may I know what your name is?" Akira speedily asks. "You sure know how to ask a lot of questions huh? Even at break time you were asking tonnes of questions. Well anyway, my name is Satoko Mia, I was simply thinking about which club I'd join as I was standing here" she answers.

"I see, I was thinking the same, actually, that's why I came here to the club area and found you, I want to join a club really soon as well" Akira replies. "I see, but where is Kaichou? Wasn't she supposed to show you around?" Mia asks. Making a sad face, Akira explains what happened between them. "I see, so she lost her temper again has she? Don't worry, either she will come around soon or someone else will do it in her place, just like in the past" she says, smiling.

"Just like in the past?" Akira asks, completely clueless. "Yup, last year, when she became the President of the Student Council, she was having a tight schedule for all the work and everything. Then at the end of June, she was asked to show a transfer student around the school, the same thing happened, she lost her temper and someone else took over and showed him around school" she happily answered.

"So the history repeated itself? But its okay, I'll figure out what's where around the school" Akira says, after questioning fate itself. Mia offers, "Well if you want me to I--". "Its okay, I'll show him around the school after all" Rise says while walking towards them, Akira, surprised seeing Rise, "Kaichou-san, what are doing here?". "Akira, what are YOU doing here?" Rise asks back, seeing him alone with a girl. "I decided to look around on the club area and so, here I am" answered Akira, "No, that's not what I wanted to know" replies Rise.

"Huh? Then what did you want to know about?" Akira asks, still clueless. "So dense..... ", Rise says quietly. "N-No, Kaichou-san, its not what you're thinking!". "Oh really now?" Rise asks. "Oh, about Mia? I found her here standing here when I came here, she said that she was thinking which club she'd join, if that's what you are asking about that is... " Akira answers, "I see, well anyway, Mia, I'm gonna take him now and show him around for a bit, good luck on picking a club" Rise wishes.

"Before Kaichou-san came, what were you saying trying to say Mia?" Akira asks her before going, "Its nothing of particular importance" she replies.









On the corridor, walking in the club area, Rise shows Akira around many clubrooms, "I think that's enough for today, its time to go home". "No wait, I still want to see one last place" Akira immediately says, his eyes burning with passion. "And that would be?" Rise, very curious to know. "I want to see the Kendo club before we leave!!". "Why?" Rise again asks and Akira then answers, "Because I want to!". Rise gets disappointed, she expected him to say that he wanted to join, "No proper reason huh?" and then continues, "Idiot.... its late.... but fine let's go" Rise lazily says after sighing and then continues, "But we are going home right after this got it?!" Rise asks in a slightly louder voice.

Akira answers, "Y-Yes Ma'am! I-I mean Kaichou-sama!". "Just shut up and start walking already and don't call me all that!" Rise yells at him, "Oh yes, I remember, I was supposed to be calling you Kaichou-san right? Or should I call you something else?" Akira asks, Rise answers, "Call me whatever you want!!", Akira then replies, "Okay then, 'HENTAI GA'!!" on that instant, Rise hammers him with a karate chop, making him feel that his head is about to split in two, "Ahhhhh.... I was only joking... ".

"Then what's with calling me that huh?! Even if you joke, there's a limit to it, idiot!" Rise retorts, "Then I'll call you 'Rise-chan'" Akira suggests, "EHH?!! What?" Rise gets shocked, no one ever called her 'Rise-chan' on school before, "Is it still not okay... ? I thought that we were friends... ?" Akira, sulks. "Jeez, its okay, I won't mind okay so stop making that face already! Its just that, no one ever addressed me with 'chan' before... " Rise tries to cheer him up, in an awkward way. "No one used 'chan' while addressing you? Its hard to believe, but I'm glad that I can call you 'Rise-chan' from now on, Rise -chan!", Akira says, giving a warm smile. "Ugh, that's enough about that! Let's go already!" Rise yells yet again. They then start walking.

"So, Kaichou-san, why did you come to show me around, you had a lot of work to do right?" Akira asks curiously while walking with Rise. "I-Its because all my work was done... so I thought that I would come to show you around". "Really? Thank you so much!" Akira thanks, giving an angelic smile. "EH?!! N-No its okay, y-you don't have to thank me! It was my duty after all, remember, Mikura sensei told me to do it" Rise answers, blushing at the same time.

Rise speaks to herself within her mind, "How can I tell him what really happened? No, there's no need to tell, yes that's right, no need to tell".


Rise, reminiscing what really happened:


Sakimoto Shizuka, hands down a bunch of papers with her small yet big hand on the table, "You brought in more work huh? Just great... ", says Rise, making a sad face. Shizuka replies, "Well, if you did the same thing with the transfer student like the last time, then you still have some time left, if he still hasn't gone home that is...". "But there's so many to do in here, plus, you brought in more work to do" says Rise, frowning her forehead.

"You can always leave them to me. I can take care of them" Shizuka, offering help, "No its okay, I can take care of all these" Rise declines. "But then, what about the transfer student? Tell me, what if he gets lost, 'it is the Student Council President's duty to help any students in any way', isn't that what you usually think and then go to help the troubled person?" with daunting dark black eyes, she questions Rise and glares at her.

"FINE!! I'll help him out, sheesh! Just take care of all the work in here... I'm counting on you Shizuka" Rise says, getting up from the chair with eyes filled with embarrassment. Shizuka suddenly smiles. "What's wrong Kaichou, you seem embarrassed, is it because I know what you always think before you step in to help the others?" Shizuka makes an evil grin and asks. Rise answers, "S-Shut up!! What's wrong about thinking like that anyway?!"

"I dunno, ask that to yourself, I asked because you seemed embarrassed that's all, although, I think I can guess though, let's see now, its because I was able to correctly guess what you really think and thus exposing your simple mindedness?" Shizuka again asks, "I should get going now, I don't have the time for you anymore!" shutting the door tight, Rise leaves the room.


"That's how it was, but there is no way I'm telling him about it" Rise continues to think to herself.

After a while, they reach the Kendo club, right outside the school. "So this is the Kendo club huh? I see... tell me Kaichou, did you become this strong after practicing? I mean, the way you beat those delinquents, that was... " Akira says in awe. Rise replies, "Well, I had different types of training, I was a member of the Karate club too!". "Karate club huh? Didn't hear of it yet... " Akira says, wanting to see that club as well. "Before you say that you want to see that club for some reason, forget it"









Three days later, January 20th Akira arrives at the Kendo club, enters with his eyes filled with determination. Akira upon entering, everyone with protective gears, slashing and thrusting their bamboo sticks in the air them and some others, clashing their bamboo sticks with one another. All practicing hard.

Akira then asks one of the practicing students, "Excuse me, sorry for disturbing you but can you tell me where the president is now? I heard that she'd come to practice in here today, so I came to join today". He replies, "Well, you could join any day you wanted to but you can receive some special advises from her I guess, well anyway, she's here but she's now changing, she'll come out real soon".

After a few moments, Rise comes out with protective gears, "Akira, what are you doing here?". "I may not be able to become as strong as you but I still want to become strong just like you, plus, because you told me to try and become stronger, so here I am, to join the Kendo club, Rise-chan" Akira answer with unyielding passion.


Rise then reminisces what she told him;


"Idiot, if you think that someone will save you every single time from those losers than you are sadly mistaken, try to get stronger! You're a man right?"


Rise says, after reminiscing, "Then your decision to come here is correct! But three days ago, you wanted to see the club for this right?", Akira answers, "Well, I was still considering to join this club at that time". "I see, well, time to get changed, by that time, I'll add your name to the list and tell everyone that you joined our club" Rise says, feeling somewhat happy.

After a while, Akira changes and comes out with wearing his protective gears, "Rise-chan, I've changed just as you asked me to!", then everyone on that instant, "He addressed her by her name?! Along with 'chan' too?!", Rise, ignoring them, "Okay, Akira, time to get started! Is this your first time holding a bamboo stick?", Akira answers, "Yes, its my first time!".

"Okay then, let's have a small spar, you and me!" says Rise, her expression showing her clear excitement. Akira panics, "R-Rise-chan! W-What do you mean a spar? I didn't have any training and experience at all!". Rise replies, "Its okay, that's what I'm wishing for, I want to to see you fight without any training or experience, in order to see whether you have the will and talent for fighting. Don't show your cowardice by saying that you can't fight a girl! SHOW ME WHAT YOU GOT!!".

"Akira, terrified, "I-I got nothing, that's why I came to get something!", Rise, annoyed by the fact that he's trying to avoid battling, "Just shut up and fight! This isn't a dual and nor is it a death match, its just a spar remember that", Akira, reluctant, accepts, "Okay then, bring it on then Rise-chan!"

Then everyone else on that instant again, "What the hell is going on here? When a new student joins, Kaichou usually assigns someone else to do a spar and she doesn't do a spar saying that she's too good for the newcomer, AKIRA!! WHAT'S YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH KAICHOU?!!"

Akira gets intimidated by the others, "Don't listen to them! Just focus, they are just jealous of our close relationship" says Rise trying to have Akira shake the intimidation off, "I understand, now let's get this over with!" Akira replies with great spirit, "It seems that even Akira is even determined to get this spar started!" the others says again together.

"I Akitoki Shin shall be the referee of this battle, on the right side, we have the newcomer Akira an--", Yukimura gets interrupted by Rise, "We don't need a referee for this battle, its a small spar so its not necessary and besides... WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU GUYS STARING AT HUH?! ALL OF YOU!! GET BACK INTO PRACTICING!! NOW!", everyone disperses and tries to get back to practicing.

"Now, let's get started!" says Rise, with pure determination, Akira replies with only, "Okay!".

They then begin, both of their bamboo sticks clash but Akira fails to keep up with Rise's great strength, Rise thinks while battling Akira, "Why, why am I doing all of this...? Why... ? Everyone is right... I don't fight a newcomer at all, not less an average member of the club because they will fail to put up a fight... Then why... am I having a spar with Akira now... ? Why am i doing this... ?"

Akira dashes towards Rise, when their weapons clash, Rise, then Akira randomly swings his bamboo stick on Rise. But Rise swiftly avoids all his attacks, Rise again begins to think, "Why? Why did I say that we have a close relationship, when I just met him three days ago... ?" suddenly, she fails on dodging Akira's last random swing and thus when their weapons clash again.

"I'm never my usual self when I'm with him, I act differently... what is this feeling... ? It somehow hurts... when I try to hit him... " but despite that thought, Rise pushes him back with her enormous strength and he falls down.

"You are not bad even though you never had any training or experience, I can say that you have an untapped potential for fighting. Time for me to give you some instructions" says Rise, sweating all over.









After a few hours at 3:30 PM, the sky is cloudy as Rise enters the club and finds Akira practicing, "Good, you're still here and practicing, just as you said you would", "Well, I told you that I would right", replies Akira.


"We had a small chat after our fight" Rise thinks to herself, Rise then reminisces what happened after their spar ended:


Everyone shocked by Rise's way of fighting after the small spar, Rise goes in front of Akira and after lowering her head she silently says, "Listen up, I'm gonna go to the Student Council room and finish all my works in there now and then come back in a few hours... let's see now" she then looks at the clock on the far left on the room and then continues, "3:30 PM, by 3:00 PM, I'll gonna be back, by that time, all of these fools will be gone, plus, I'll be able to give you a proper hand on your teaching to how to truly fight, I'd like you to practice and stay here until then Akira", Akira replies silently as well, "Okay Rise-chan, I got it, I'll wait for you and practice"

Rise then points at one of the members, "Akitoki, get in here now!", did you call for me Kaichou-san?" he says after coming, "You bet I did, now listen up, you'll be in charge of Akira, got it? Help him practice for today until you leave, I have to go to the Student Council room and take care of my works", says Rise with a slightly loud voice.

Rise then changes to her usual school uniform and walks out of the club.


"Now the time has finally come, since no one is here right now to disturb us, the time for me to teach him a lesson for real has finally come! I bet that stupid Akitoki was barely able to teach this airhead a thing. Wait a second, no one is here? Other than Akira and I? T-That mean that I-I-m a-alone with A-Akira... ! "HUH?! S-Share an umbrella with you, R-Rise-chan?!" Akira gulps after saying that. "Y-Yes that's right... " Rise says, still blushing at the thought of sharing an umbrella with him.

They come out of the club while its raining, with an umbrella that both are sharing as they start to walk, Akira starts thinking to himself while blushing, "I-I so close to Rise-chan... no... this feeling... and the feeling of sticking together with her like this... "I see, so that's the reason huh? I have another question to ask as well" says Akira, smiling, Rise, makes a somewhat angry expression while blushing, "Jeez, again, you don't know when to stop asking huh?". Akira then says, "Well, everyone has been saying that I ask a lot from when I was little, sorry for that". Rise then replies, "I see, well, its okay I guess, its not that bad to ask, I guess, anyway, what's this question you wanted to ask?".

"Rise then replies, "No it isn't, its my fault, I made that ridiculous plan teaching you to fight, making you stay that late... if I let you go earlier then you wouldn't hav--" Akira again interrupts, "No, you've done nothing wrong, as a friend, you tried to help me to become stronger, I'm really grateful to you Rise-chan... and besides, I'm kinda happy that you even offered to share your umbrella too, so thank you!"

"No, thanking me won't change my mind, we won't separate yet! We'll both wait on that cafe for the rain to end and that's that!!", says Rise, with a stubborn attitude.

After some time passes upon entering the cafe, they have coffee, Rise then makes an initiation for a conversation, "So, won't your Nee-san call you or something... Akira-kun...?", Akira answers, "Well, the delinquents kinda took my cell phone a week ago so I don't have any, that's why she worries twice as much now... ". Rise then asks, "But then, doesn't your Nee-san have any kind of job Akira-kun? She seems to be like a Mother figure to me... ". Akira answers, "Haha, I thought that you'd say that. My Nee-san does work as a Maid on a Maid cafe, she says that she'll be doing that part-time job for now".

Rise then replies, "I see, well, my Mom is probably not going to worry too much though, as for your Nee-san, I think its great to be able to work on a maid cafe, I bet she's really cute".

At that moment, a maid, says after approaching, "Akira, what are you doing here?" with angry green eyes showing pure terror for Akira, he starts to shiver, "Nee-san, what are you doing here? And why are you wearing that maid outfit?... Wait don't tell me... you're... ".

His sister replies, "Well obviously, yes, I work in here, what are you doing with a girl in here anyway, how do you think I'd feel if I were at home now and would worry about you for like forever!! "Rise replies, "I'm Makino Rise, its a pleasure to meet you as well"

After a while, Rise and Akira, sipping on their coffee, "Imari asks, "Are you Akira's girlfriend Rise?". Rise and Akira, flushing out their coffee, their face fills with embarrassment. "B-Boyfriend?!! N-No that's not ti... w-we are not on that kind of relationship yet!!" replies Rise.

February 5th, Valentines day is coming soon, its recess, "Rise-chan! Kaichou-san must have confessed her feelings to Akira-kun and now they are gonna go on a a date on the Valentines day, so romantic!".

After a lot of teasing from her friends, Rise takes Akira to the roof-top, where she shares her bento with Akira, "A-Are you sure that I can eat some of them Rise-chan?", Asks Akira, "Y-Yeah its okay, I-I don't have the money to pay for any food so might as well let you have some of my food" Rise says as she blushes. He immediately replied, in a brisk tone with his dry throat. However, her expression seemed to show slight disappointment. Shinichi felt confused as she simply shakes her head.

"I wanted to tell you something."

"And that is... ?"

"I love you."

"Is that so?"

"My undying feelings for you, I shall show proof, Shinichi."

Her tone changed greatly. At this, his eyebrows lifted slightly.

Shinichi anticipated a kiss, or something of that sort.

Bright light blinded his eyes abruptly, and soon he looked down at his impaled belly with a distorted expression formed from extreme pain. Struck with a golden blade shining brilliantly, he hardly managed to grasp the situation. As the blade left his body, blood flushed out and dripped from not only it's tip, but his belly as well; coloring the snow crimson red.

Her attired turn white and red, as blood painted her dress red from the splattering drops. Laughter escaped her lips, displaying hysteria to some degree. A face seemingly filled with so much corruption, that it felt as though all the evil from the world gathered into her, the blood that landed on her face, specifically decorated her to top it off.

A pair of glowing wings appeared behind her back. Halo drifted above her head. The smile of terror was instilled in his vision, as Shinichi strives to analyze the situation, he soon lost strength and fell.

Shinichi smiled, as he closed his eyes, a feeling of satisfaction washed over his heart, because what he witnessed were two glistening streams of tears running down her lustrous face.

A truly warm smile surfaced as the daybreak took place - it was the proof of her undying feelings of love for Shinichi.

A petal tipped onto her soft right cheek. Before she could took it off her; it slipped off of her due to soft yet strong breeze. He smiled “Today, you’re first singing lesson starts, Mistress,” he said, his eyes closed; very formal. As he opened his eyes, he found his Mistress looking up to him, with fiery determination on her eyes, burning ever so brightly; from this brimming look on her face; he sighed. “The point of this is NOT help you get better than me, Mistress. It is simply for you to be able to sing performance next week. Remember Mistress, this isn’t a personal competition against your own teacher.”

“Do you remember me saying that I want to get better than you in a week, Butler? I don’t remember announcing that I want to get better than you, it wouldn’t take me long surpass you anyway,” she pulled her face high towards the sky; high and mighty, not to mention her confidence. The wind blew softly, then harder, then rougher; leaves blew past them both, as they stared at each other in a certain fashion; as if they are about to have a duel. The butler looked down towards the petite figure.

“Want to get started, Mistress?”

“Of course, bring it on!”

“Remember, we’re not having a duel of some sort.”

“I know it already!!”

“But your face and mood says otherwise.”

“No it doesn’t!”

“Anyway, let’s start with Ave Maria, although it’s a classical piece you play with a violin, and of course, you know of it better than I do, as you play with your violin sometimes; it can be sung too. I shall give you a demonstration by singing first.”


As her butler raised his voice and started singing out the song. It felt so… virtuous to the Mistress, she couldn’t describe the feeling to herself, it was simply marvelous. It felt as though a tiara formed above his somewhat spikey hair, and shined, while the angels came down from the heavens above to grace his angelic voice; choirs played by the two baby angels beside him made him so… special. This was beyond her, she thought to herself, “How can I ever sing like that?!”

Her face flushed red, it was too magnificent for her to handle. Even she was deeply moved as he sang on. She carved every word he sung, every moment of him singing; all into her brain and burned the very image of the scenery with the angels bestowing their blessings beside him. She wanted to imitate it, she wanted to do something it, she wanted to sing like him!

“It’s your turn, Mistress, good luck, I’m rooting for you!” he said, smiling. Then grinning, as if posing a challenge towards her.

Her confidence was long gone, “What a devil… “, she thought. Was this butler torturing her? Or was he still intending to help her improve? She was simply and utterly helpless. Looking down, she could barely raise her voice. But through painful efforts to her voice her out; she sang. In a stutter-filled and shaky manner, she singing was best described by her butler, “Stop, stop!” he paused for a moment to sigh, “Is this what you call singing, Mistress? If you sing something such as this out to the world, the masses will depart the world for laughter. Where has your ever blazing confidence gone off to? Don’t give holidays to it just yet!”

“S-Shut up already!”

“Oh my… was my singing that great?!”

“It sucked!”

“I am so touched!”

“… What?!”

“You loved it didn’t you?!”

“Wait, it’s not the other way around I-“

“I feel so blessed to receive my Mistress’s praises for my excellent singing!”

When he glanced back to the spot at which the lady stood; she was long gone. He sighed once again and thought out loud, “I wonder if I spoke too much based on my understanding.”

The Mistress wept; cried, and sulked. Sadness, despair, anguish, hatred, and jealousy, all the ingredients of intoxicating one’s mind; filled her mind about. None could understand her. None could imagine what truly went on within her heart. None could predict her ways and manners. Why could he see through it all, then? Her feelings stampeded. It raged to the point that she pulled her fist to the wall. Only to have her knuckle turn bright red in pain.

“Mistress Rise, if you don’t learn to sing soon… then everyone will laugh at you on the day of the party,” his words chimed back to her mind. She turned to her maid who served her tea later on that day at afternoon, “Melissa, I’m firing this butler too. Start looking for a new butler if you want to. And start looking for a teacher who can help me learn to sing.”

To Rise, what a butler meant to her is someone who is just as graceful as her. A loyal servant. Someone who can understand her properly and help her out of problems with ease, rather than torture her mentally while playing with words maliciously.

A butler must help his Mistress from the shadows and make her shine like a diamond out on the stage with a bright and sheepish smile on her face. And give her the greatest of joys that she may subconsciously desire.
