[Locked] Seasonal Writing Contest reminder!

For the unfortunately uninformed and forgetful among us, I feel obliged to remind you that there are only a couple of days left until the writing contest closes, at midnight EST of New Year's Day.
Remember that your short story (or two) must have some allusion to one of the festive holidays, quite possibly the New Year itself, and at 1000 words and under you shouldn't be too pushed for time even at this late stage.
So dust off your word processor of choice and get typing, pronto. With an exclusive forum title and front page advertising for the winner, what have you got to lose? :)
