The ending's a bit confusing for me. Did he just take a gun and fire it not at his head or did he only imagine himself taking a gun and firing at his head? I think I'm leaning toward the second one seeing how this is apparently a patient's tape and no self-respecting institution that answers to any law would allow their patient to have a gun. Also, you have numerous typos which makes parts of this hard to understand.

This part doesn't make much sense to me. You tell us how he envies people with mental disorders and then you reveal he has a mental disorder. I suppose that was meant to be a twist, but it just doesn't make much sense to me. Granted, clearly this guy isn't right in the head so that kinda makes up for it.
