Waifu RP III (Started)

Here is the third installment of the waifu roleplaying game in which I hope we can get something done before the reset. I'm hoping to have at least three other players by this coming friday before we start.
Overview
The waifu rp is an open roleplay where the players can interact with their chosen waifu and are able to go, do and be anything they want. The rp mainly takes place in a fictional city called Fakku, but is not limited to that region.
At the same time there will be a GM who will come up with events that can effect one or more specific players and their waifu or all the players at the same time. So in short the storyline is powered by a combination of the player's actions and the GM's events
Rules
-Users with Waifu only: You must have claimed a waifu in order to join. If not, claim one from The Waifu game or you can't play.
-Adopted lolis are cool too, if you don't have any, go to this thread here
-No uber characters- If you have a fighting character, ki/magic/force powers/etc are okay. However; what I don't want are all powerful god-like characters that are invincible/have the power to destroy the universe/etc. Let's keep it leveled please?
-No Godmodding- Godmodding is defined as controlling other players' characters. I'll also extend this to a player trying to control the story by them self. I want everything to be fair.
-Keep OOC low: The last two times I did this, there was so much OOC'ing that it nearly killed the flow of the rp. This time I'm asking everyone to keep ooc to a minimum and if there's anything that needs to be discussed, please pm each other, or if you want, I could make a chat thread in the IB section.

The waifu you're going to have appear in this rp are also required and you can use as many or few as you see fit. Note that parts in bold are required and parts in italics are optional

Ah, the wonderful waifu RP. Last time, it went absolutely nowhere. Probably because the posting expectations were so high. I love RPing and all, but writing up half a page for everytime I post seemed kind of... tedious. And I doubt someone who missed out on alot would want to go through it all again to catch up.
tl;dr: Hopefully, the posts won't need to be as long as they were last time.

Alias: His last named is often replace with "the Tempest", a title he gave to himself winning a big race of sorts when he was a kid. After then, it kinda stuck to him.
Ethnicity: Caucasian
Age: 18
Appearance: Light skinned, around 5'8" with a slightly toned build. Has scars on his back from an accident when he was a kid.

Appearance:6'3'' and wiry, he has not put much of his life into sports. He has a light tan from writing outside and often wears cargo shorts and graphic t-shirts no matter what time of year it is when he is not in his school uniform.
Occupation: Student, and a stable contributor to his school's literary publication.
Other:He is a very critical person of games, movies, books, and often people. He also vehemently hates journalism and regards it as a lower form of writing due to its foundation lying in the regurgitation of facts. Journalism has no soul to it, in his eyes.

Well, today we finally start, though I was hoping we'd get one or two more players. Anyway, you guys can begin and I'll post something myself before the day is out. Just remember the rules and let's have some fun, shall we?

Fakku is considered the crossroad of worlds. Hundreds of people from far and wide come here for reasons and aspirations that are too numerous to list.
Onii-chan
The city here is your standard metropolis, lot's of sights and sounds and ways to keep you busy, be you the snooty art lover and the haphazard skate punk.
Onii-chan
I'd been to this city once or twice in the past. But I never thought I'd bring my ronin lifestyle to a halt and settle down here.
"Onii-chan!"
And my reason just snapped me from my reverie
"Mou... Onii-chan, we're going to be late if you keep spacing out like that!" The brunette, red-eyed and petite pre-teen scolding me is Teni, my little sister. And before you start, she was adopted. About a year ago I bumped into an acquaintance of mine in Japan's Kanto region who asked me to look after her. Being a sucker for the used and abused (based on what the guy told me) I took her in and even had my parents back in New York adopt her...
"Come on, Onii-chan!" Teni whines again and grabs my arm. The two of us take a bus to the train station that will take us to Astrea Hill where Teni now attends St. Miator Girls' Academy. Of course by the name it's one of those religious boarding schools, complete with your highly religious nuns with a disposition crueler than hell. But she's always felt right at home in such places.
And as you'd expect the trains are crowded this time of day, and crowded trains tend to attract some sketchy characters at times... Like this guy reaching for Teni's skirt for example...
"Itea!!!" The lecher screams and retracts his hand. The passengers stare at him while he nurses his hand.
I smirk, but when I turn to look at Teni, she only shoots me an edgy look. It stays like this until we reach the school on the hill's top (seriously, who's idea was this?!) and at the entrance some friends of Teni's are waiting for her.
"Teni-chaaan~!" The red-headed girl running for my sister is named... Aoi Nagisa if I remember. Sweet girl if not a bit of a dumbass at times.
She squeezes Teni in a big hug before turning to look at me and stammers "A-Anou... Ohayo, L-Lang-san!"
"'Sup." I return. Nagisa... is scared to death of me, for reasons I can't really explain. And then Teni elbows my side. "'Ey!"
"Onii-chan's always so grouchy!" She fumes.
I take my sister's shoulder and give her a wry smirk. "But little sister, I'm always grouchy! It's in my nature to hate everything and kick the daylights out of every guy that comes your way!"
Teni gives me that edgy look again and collects her friends at the bell rings. And I start running, for reasons I'll get to when I come back to pick her up.

The two stood before the cliffs, looking down on the chaos below, chaos they had given rise to. He squeezed her hand and let go, then jumped.
She watched his small form cut through the air toward the fray of the battle, her heart heavy with the fate he had chosen for himself. She believed in him, though, and that is why she continued to watch his final shining moment. So, on the cliffs, she sat and wrapped her arms around her legs, drawing them closer to her body. Pretty lame, you know. Sappy and contrived. Try harder :)
A pair of thin arms were laced over Michael's shoulders, their lengths covered with the traditional school jacket up to the wrists, where evenly tanned skin was visible.
At first, Michael didn't take notice to the arms. Instead, he studied their message for a second.
You're right. Hm, suggestions?
The arms tensed, and squeezed the sides of his neck. A slight weight rested on Michael's back now, two soft spots on his shoulder blades making him squirm slightly.
Umm, let's see... What if you tried turning around?! >: (
Michael smiled and complied to the arm's message, rotating his torso to face the owner of the arms, the body pressed against his back, and his most honest critic.
A pair of warm lips pressed against his cheek for a second, then pulled away, but Michael could still feel the residue of chapstick and sweat where they had just been.
"You're early, Yuko-chan."
"Sometimes the boys don't need their manager. And sometimes the manager needs to get away." The girl replied smoothly, disentangling herself from Michael, allowing him to fully turn and face her.
"Well I'm glad the team is so understanding of the pressure on their manager." He said with a smile as he turned and stood. He embraced her and felt her arms wrap around his back as well. Her head leaned on his chest and he could smell the shampoo in her short hair. It was...intoxicating....distracting. Too distracting. "You really think it's bad?"
"Yes." He curt reply was muffled by his uniform.
"Yeah, me too." He said with a sigh, releasing the pressure he put into the hug. Yuko let go as well and pulled away, looking up to him.
"How long has it been?"
"Three weeks. Three weeks and nothing but crap to show or it. I don't wanna be creatively burned out this early." He whined. Yuko flicked his forehead with her serious manager face on.
"You've got to stop being distracted, and stop watching TV, that's what's giving you all these stupid ideas!"
"Um, you know, you distract me a lot more than the TV."
Yuko's composure faltered for a second. Sure the guys on the team hit on her, but they were most always joking. When Michael made the rare comment, it always found a gap in her armor.
"W-well, then I guess I'll have to stop hanging around you for a while." She huffed. Michael's stomach churned and the slight smile he wore evaporated.
"Hey, now that isn't fair!" He complained like a kid. Yuko didn't respond, she just flashed a smile of white teeth and walked out of Michael's room.

"Onii~chan! Wake up, onii-chan!"
I awoke with a shock, sweat dripping down my forehead. I didn't have a sister... did I? I couldn't remember anymore. It had been so long since I moved to the new city, Fakku. Memories of my family were beginning to fade away, and everyday I tried to make plans to visit them, only to find out either I or they were busy. It was a lonely life for me, but I couldn't return and stay with them, I decided long ago that staying there would be bad for me.
Quickly making my way down the stairs in nothing but a pair of boxers, I checked the clock to see it was only about 8:30. "Oh, I got tons of time..." I said to myself as I made my way back upstairs to lay down for another hour.
"Ah, what the heck," I got my clothes and took a shower quickly, before getting ready for work. And I left an hour earlier than usual that day.
I arrived at work two hours late. Somehow, I stopped for breakfast and took a little too long to eat. My boss yelled at me, and I made my way to my place behind the register, spending the day helping customers get fat.
It was only during lunch that something interesting happened. I went on my break, and wandered around outside wondering what to eat for lunch. I definitely didn't want the crap they served where I worked, so I made my way across the street, walking to the nearest Subway.
"Ahhhhh..." There was a voice from beside me, down a dark alleyway, I couldn't see very far into it. Should I go investigate?
"Ahhhh..." There it was again. It sounded like a girl's voice... and she sounded like she was in pain. So I slowly made my way into the alleyway, to see who it was.
It was a girl, as I had thought. She was around my age, give or take a year or two. Her long blonde hair flowed out behind her head, as she rested herself against a wall. Her clothes were torn, and her body was bruised, frail, and weak.
"Ahhhhhh..." She opened her mouth and let out a weak moan, looking at me sadly. Despite how it seemed like she could break at any moment, there was an underlying beauty to her, something I couldn't clearly see now.
And then her stomach growled.
"Ahhhhhh..." I sighed, and laughed a little inside. I had to get her something to eat, though, so I made my way to the fast-food place I worked at, and returned with a cheap meal. Placing it on the ground before her, I waited eagerly for her to eat it.
And eat she did. I'd never seen someone so hungry before. She devoured the whole combo in less than two minutes, while I had to look away to keep myself from passing out from the shock.
After she finished, I looked back at her, but she was gone.
"...Okay then..." I made my way back to my job, and continued working.
