Nekomata Naomi has some of the best bodies you'll find. However, I wouldn't say the art has improved because Nekomata has always produced high quality work. The biggest difference I can see is that this story uses a much brighter tone that suits the outdoors at the beach, and Nekomata hasn't drawn a girl that flaunts her body as much. This girl knows she's hot and carries herself with confidence.
