You are right, this particular chapter and the Pandemonium chapter were released via FAKKU Subscription so we got to read them when they premiered in there respected magazine issues. Now they are being compelled into a book, and thus FAKKU will re-publish them with there book specifications. Likewise all the subscribers who did not purchase the book will still be able to read this chapter because it was originally published with the subscription.

@TheMicrowave yes at the moment there is a glitch with subscribers reading the chapters within the book, Jacob has said that they are actively trying to fix that problem, and that going forward subscribers will still have access to the chapters that were already available on the website before the books came out.
