UPDATE: the last 2 packages I received were packed so amazingly. Bubble wrap, padding, pieces of cardboard to prevent squishing. I don't know if it had anything to do with the emails to support. I have swipe only and double tap to zoom turned on, however when reading my single tap is turning the page and i can't double tap to zoom. Anyone else having similar issues on mobile?

I investigated this today and your FAKKU Unlimited subscription was automatically renewed (as expected), but due to the maintenance there was a visual bug on your account that showed you did not have FAKKU Unlimited.
When you resubscribed it added a month to the month from the renewal, so now you have 2 month buffer and won't be billed again until 2 months from now. Gonna figure out what caused the original visual issue so this doesn't happen again.

Just want to confirm the transaction was declined on the card, if you contact the card company (or bank) they should be able to approve the transaction. Then, try again!
And just to jump in and provide an explanation.
Our email system that sends out shipping notification emails, credit card expired, etc had been broken for the past few months (unknown to us), we just fixed it and it sent out all of the pending emails from while it was broken. No need to be alarmed, the emails are valid just out of date.
