As a temporary fix if you have F5 on the resive avi screen I was able to get it to work in Chrome. This might not be fixed until the new version goes out.

That's real, it's checking to make sure you're not a bot.
We starting getting DDOS'd pretty hard (here's a graph of our traffic).
Hopefully it's resolved now, we are running everything through Cloudflare to mitigate but it might take some time for the DNS changes to get picked up.

Sometime soon I will be launching the redesign, during that period the site will be offline (probably for an entire day). This is one of the tasks on the long list of things I hope to fix during that downtime.
There should only be one advertisement and it should only pop up once. If it's popping up multiple times (or every time) there is an issue.
