When it comes to giving users privileges that benefit the site, I like to choose users who are generally nice to everyone. It encourages more users to act that way.
I plan to introduce a way to vote up/down comments on manga, that way you can choose which comments display on the page.

I have nothing planned, as you know I just found out I'll be there so we didn't really have time for anything. But there will be a booth in the exhibitor room with our shirts so I might be working that a little bit.

I wanted to get an update online before spending the rest of the night playing Pokemon Black. And thanks to the help of some awesome forum users, most of the manga has been tagged appropriately which will make browsing a lot easier.

When the view online page was setup the majority of users viewed FAKKU in 1024x768 resolution, and the current view online page fits that perfectly. Though at the moment the most used resolution is 1280x800 followed immediately by 1024x768. So I could see us increasing the dimensions of the view online page sometime soon.
I prefer to find the perfect balance between image dimension and filesize, and I think we currently have that. A lot of users browse on mobile devices and iPads so filesize is very important.
Personally I like the current dimensions and I don't see a need to increase it, but if there were enough people demanding an increase I would do so.
