Awesome idea! This is what I decided to do.
From now on the rank will randomly select characters from a large set of special characters and letters.
I have also made it harder to achieve.
I am most likely going to add a new rank for users that make the majority of their posts inside the Incoherent Babbling forum. Currently this rank is set as "Incoherent Rank" until we come up with something better.
If your rank has changed to [color=#9D0A0A]Incoherent Rank[/color] it means you currently qualify for the new rank (but I might change how it is calculated).

I am no longer sympathetic on this issue, especially to tymek88.
When I first warned tymek88 about his uploads, I told him not to use depositfiles/hotfile/turbobit and whatever other paid sites he was using. I told him specifically to use MU/MF/RS instead.
He ignored me and instead switched to other paid uploads, like uploading.com/uploading.to/filesonic/enterupload. In fact he has never once listened to my request to use uploading sites that the community approves of.
I will not lift these bans on the forums, in fact I will probably add more.
