You can download "Microsoft AppLocale" from here:

It checks to make sure you have a legal version of Windows though, but I am sure you can find a torrent or something for AppLocale somewhere if you don't. You install it like a normal program and when you run it it looks like this:

I'll retype this here in case anyone missed in in the front page comments:unlogged users cant download, and in fact shouldn't be able to enter anything but main, forums and contribute. we'll still lose bandwith for visitors but thats all part of being on the net.
logged in registered users can download but are limited in either ammount or frequency, and also being able to download one file at a time.
Then also add requirements for being an unlimited downloads... ie donation or paying... i'm biased cause i do donate, but its part of what keeps this open to others so i'll be stingy, also this can be offset by either being a heavy seeder or participating in running fakku, ie admins and moderators, other ppl deemed worthy, rep points
As a donator you should have privileges, there is no doubt about that. I think anyone who contributes to the site in a positive way or donates should have privileges. However I don't like restricting content to users, but I like giving befits to those who deserve them.
So it is a bit of a dilemma, and I invite you and everyone else to help come up with some ideas. But if bandwidth continues to be a problem I will restrict the site to registered users.

The billing cycle ends 6 days from today. There are about 200Gigs left in this cycle and at our current rate of about 90Gigs a day we will either exceed it this month or the next. This is the first time we have come close to the bandwidth maximum.
2. How much will more bandwidth cost per month and how soon will it needed?
The cost hopefully won't exceed a $20 a month addition to the current hosting cost of around $107. But obviously we will require more monthly bandwidth as time goes on.
The other option is to increase the overall server cost and get unmetered bandwidth which doesn't have a maximum monthly allocation, but rather a maximum amount that can be transfered at one time. For example if we had 10mps unmetered there could only be a maximum of 10mpbs being downloaded at one time, split among everyone downloading. Usually there around 200 downloads at once.
This is a good substitute, but it is more expensive. Now this brings up the other issue that donations pay for the monthly hosting costs as well since we don't run ads. So if we did something like that we would have to ask for more donations. I honestly think our donators are the greatest contributors to the site, more than myself, and I hate asking them for more. :(

Well AppLocale is just used to run a Japanese program (or any foreign language) on an English OS. Or at least that's what I think. I have tried installing the game several times in the past and once I used AppLocale I had no problems.
Ahh thanks for the info! I may have seen some info about a trailer floating around for the 24th and 25th episodes? I know I at least saw some fan art with Orange-kun with some contraption on his arm.
Still haven't received a finished version for Only Asuka 2000! We just got the translation done so the sooner I receive it the better.

I know you need to have your hard drive formated a certain way to download DVD versions of games, but I can assure you that the above torrent works.
And this is the install instructions I used to get it to work (after downloading the game):
Start > Settings > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options: Language Tab, check 'Install files for East Asian Languages'. YOU NEED YOUR CD FOR THIS OR AN ISO OF WINDOWS.
Download AppLocale and install. Open AppLocale.exe. Select 'Next', 'Launch and Application' and navigate to the setup file on the DVD then select 'Next', chose the LAST option on the drop down box, 'Next' and 'Finish'.
Let it install. Now open AppLocale again and do the same but select the Fate.exe file on your HDD in your installed FSN folder. MAKE A SHORTCUT BEFORE FINISHING.

Ahh very cool! So pumped about downloading this and checking out the quality progression through each volume. And I can attest to the fact that this has all the D.L. action, must download! :D
The reason we haven't really promoted torrents is because I have been concerned about people seeding them. But this will serve as a good test, I'll seed this for you :D And Nikon? made a torrent forum so hopefully this takes off!
