This is one of those sentences that could mean an array of different things, so it's up to looking at the image/context to interpret what it means.
She looks pretty disappointed with her small boobs (though there's no reason to be - they're the best kind!). So in that case, it would mean "Ugh... this is no good" or "Ugh... this is hopeless".

Been here 5 years now, not as long as some people but still a pretty long time. I honestly can't remember how I found the website. Probably from googling about hentai or something. But I've stayed ever since.
I've been studying Japanese for about 6 years, starting out with a year of self-study and then began studying it seriously it at school. Now I'm a second-year student of BA Japanese at uni, though I've actually just finished my second year. I'll be going on a study year abroad for my third year if I pass this year.
I'm an aspiring translator - something I've been working towards since I started learning Japanese. I'm currently a voluntary translator for JaME and also doing another voluntary translation job on the side which I recently started.
Need to find a part-time job now it's summer.
