The hundred year old egg always seemed odd to me. When I was a little kid I took a trip to Europe and we were offered them at a B&B. I didn't try it, although I kinda wish I did just for the sake of it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Century_egg

i got a taste from my half-Chinese friend
he said that it may be a delicacy around here but in China, it's common food
it was a little sweet and creamy, and it's kinda like a side dish like mashed potatoes in gravy
back then, i always thought that meat have to be eaten cooked...
but then there was fish sushi and sashimi
and then i had some raw meat for breakfast...
i think they were German breakfast meals
but if you think about it, hamburgers used to be salted raw pork without the buns
