Game synopsis:
My name is Reiji Oshima, an average Japanese student. I've got a problem -- I'd really like to find a girlfriend, but I'm surrounded by beautiful girls who seem intent on keeping me from getting romantically involved with someone. Then on my birthday, my father makes an announcement: I am to take over the family business, but before that day I must choose a wife from among the beautiful girls in the room. According to Japanese law, a man can only marry one person, but in Japan's past it was common for men to take a wife as well as several concubines. But which girl will I choose for my wife?
And so the battle for my heart begins, with childhood friend Hazuki, charming and pure Chihiro, elegant Mio, cute Futaba-sensei and totally grown-up Yoriko all vying for my love by cooking, cleaning, and doing anything they can for me. It's a breathtaking battle of love, and my life is good!

Reinstall the game as administrator and try also installing on other folder.
If you're running Windows Vista or Seven, right click the game installer and select to run it as admin. These OSs sometimes don't allow stuff to be installed without this method even if you're admin.

If I understand correctly you installed the game just fine and it just ask's for the CD when you want to play right? If it doesn't work by mounting the "Game Disc" (not the one that you used to originally install the game) do this:
Download a crack from this page (select and download the "Pick Me, Honey! v1.0.0.1 [ENGLISH] Fixed EXE") and copy the "OSANAML.EXE" from the extracted file that you downloaded to the folder where you installed the game replacing the previous executable. Run it to play.

You mount them at the same time? There's your problem, then. It obviously expects the other disc at the same drive letter, so you'll have to unmount the first disc and mount the second in its place.
