I'm a little confused on the top 3 panels of the last page.
It looks like a boy confessing or being confessed to, a girl comforting another girl, and a older woman a strange grin.

if you go by the usual tropes, it means that other guys fancied her as well (that guy in the first panel was very likely confessing). which leads to the girls crying when their boyfriends/crushes went after her. they probably called her a "homewrecker" as well. the third panel could be the guidance counselor or her parents telling her off after receiving complaints. she probably wore fake glasses and messy bangs so that her eyes don't attract as much attention. this is evidenced by her blaming herself for how and/or who she is. she also seemed disappointed that he fell for her eyes as well and not for who she really was. there could even be some supernatural element as well like her eyes being literally "magical." she also seems somewhat possessive since she deliberately shows him her eyes - possibly as a way to bind him to her.
overall, this is an overused theme in many romance related shonen/seinen manga.

I actually got the opposite. I thought the boy was reacting to the main girl confessing, the second panel was her crying (probably from rejection), and the third panel was her mom bringing food to her door since she's locked herself up in her room. The girl in the second panel has long hair there and short hair in the story since it's "a thing" that girls often cut their hair in Japan when they get rejected or go through some other big change in their lives. It might be a coincidence but I mostly got that because the girl in the second panel has the same hair as the main girl except it's longer, and I'm pretty sure the third panel is a mom bringing soup to a door.

That could be... he did say that she had some control over him, and that it was her f*cking him and never the other way around. I’m guessing she has some sort of way to control/attract him like you suggested, but she feels guilty because she actually fell for him.
